Well stocked pharmacy with an excellent range of premium skincare. Nice staff too. But please keep the Google Maps listing up to date with changes of opening hours to avoid a wasted journey like today...

The best pharmacy in London and the best service. My family have been using Gould for over a decade, and i am constantly impressed by the level of customer service and care. We use Gould for everyday prescriptions, but during periods of extremely poor health within the family, Mr Patel has personally delivered prescriptions and any supporting medications to our home. Could not be more grateful for the amazing service they have provided my family.

I was working when I went to the pharmacy to ask about some medicine to use for hush. They're very helpful and friendly and refer to the practice straight away. I didn't wait more 10 minutes to be seeing by the doctor. Was a great service.

I came to London from Edinburgh for a work visa appointment at the US Embassy. When I arrived at Gould Pharmacy to get some photos taken I realised I had lost my wallet. It was 8am so I could not walk in to my bank to withdraw money as it was not open yet. I offered to give over my tablet as a deposit untill after my appointment when I could withdraw money. The staff were very kind and understanding and let me print off pages and get photos, even though I had no money. They were very trusting of somebody who could have been trying to get away with something. Excellent service and extremely decent people.

After leaving my electronics with these guys when visiting the US Embassy I found all data on them had been deleted/reset. This had happened on both my ipod and nook(like a kindle) - I know for a fact both were working fine as I used them on the coach on the way to London, and although both items were operating fine, no books/music were present on either device on the coach back home. I'd say this could only happen if someone in the pharmacy had plugged the items into a PC, luckily I didn't have any personal items or anything that couldn't be put back on the devices when I got home. Totall untrustworthy, don't take the chance - pay the couple of £ extra and leave your items in a secure locker at the train/coach station.

They do quick passport photos and also store laptops, which you can't bring into the embassy. Very close, less then 5 minute walk from embassy.

The (rather dodgy) owner of this pharmacy seems to have found a loophole in the US Embassy's ridiculous security measures of not allowing you to keep not only your mobile phone on you, but even your *house keys* whilst inside the Embassy. So he is "kindly" offering the service of charging 10 pounds to look over said belongings during this time. The problem, as I have found out, is that he cannot be trusted. After leaving my smartphone and keys there, upon coming back I found my phone with a slight scratch on the screen, and also with some random display settings changed, which suggests to me they have been tampering with the phone, perhaps in an attempt to extract some personal information. Nothing wrong with piggy-backing on a paranoid embassy's security measures, but if you are going to do that, then (i) don't charge a ridiculous price for what is really a very minor service, and (ii) most of all, DO NOT interfere with people's belongings!!! ..otherwise, more angry "customers" like me will write reviews such as this one, which will hopefully - and eventually - put this shabby place out of business.

Was really unhappy with the service. I rushed in the other day en route to an appointment and politely asked how much it would cost to print a form. Instead of answering me, the member of staff I was speaking to shoved a price list in my face. I asked if he was unable to simply tell me, he said that was their procedure. After paying the £6.00 for 30 minutes internet usage which included printing, they then informed me that I couldn't print from a pen drive which is what I needed. Whilst I don't begrudge this company from capitalising on their proximity to the US Embassy, I didn't appreciate the complacency and rudeness. To anyone who needs to use this place before heading to the embassy. Try to avoid using this place if you can - there are other shops nearby that are far friendlier and helpful.
