Great place to find what you need but if I could give minus stars for customer service I would. Both girls that helped us were so rude! I deal with people and even on my worst days I smile and am polite but these girls were the biggest jerks. One of them we asked for help viewing the flashlights and the girl who checked us out. If you hate your job that much maybe you need to find something else.

Very nice store with a very large selection of all kinds of tactical equipment ,including boots , pants , vests ,plate carries you name it . Also a very good selection of flashlights and weapon mounted lights . Everything is clean and preseanted very well its like a jc pennys or macys for men , or tactically inclined women

Had nothing but issues here. First I ordered two pair of pants that were over two weeks late. Then when I was told they arrived when I go to pick them up there was only one pair, yet I paid for two. I was told they made a mistake and only ordered one. Again I had to wait. They did at least two day ship them.
I then ordered more paints for an employee and when I picked them up they were hemmed to my size. When I asked why they were hemmed she said well we used your measurements from your last order. Problem is, I own a security company and I wasn’t ordering these for me. I ended up just keeping them for myself and ordered more and specifically asked not to be hemmed.
I also don’t like that they do not provide many options for security companies. They don’t even have back patches! I brought in shoulder patches thinking I could have shirts made like every other uniform store I’ve used. But not FX tactical. Said I would have to order them. They don’t even have hats for security. They have 10 different hats for local law enforcement agencies, but can’t stock a basic black and white security hat? This tells me they don’t value business from security companies so I’ll keep my business elsewhere. It’s a shame because they are walking distance from my house. They are also not enforcing face mask mandates. There were at least a dozen patrons and staff who were not wearing mask.

Overall, it's a great store. The only downside is more often then not, the customer service is not always the greatest. I see it a lot in the law enforcement section. As far as the customer service in the main store, it can be a hit or miss. The ladies talk a lot so it is hard to get their attention if you have a question or need something.

All the employees seemed pretty miserable, and weren't all that knowledgeable. The prices aren't terrible which is nice. The law enforcement only section was nice, however I wish their selection of body armor was larger. Paraclete seems to be the only company they promote which costs an arm and a leg. You can get body armor made of the same materials, same specifications, and same certifications, for over half the cost. Not worth it for me to go back.

Customer service is horrible in the law enforcement department. They say your order is ready in a week. Call 2 weeks later still not there and tauny is beyond rude. I got an attitude from her for something that She told me would be there in a week She doesn't care about anyone and you would think she would be nice or respectful with the job she works in.

I was referred to FX Tactical for repair work on my tactical vest. As I am an armed security guard and retired LEO I rely on my gear for my life and needed this repaired quickly and the work done well as my life could depend on it not failing. My experience with the staff was, especially Chris who specializes in armor and tactical vests was beyond excellent! He took the time to listen to my problem and even though my best was not originally purchased at FX Tactical, he came up with a repair solution that not only works better then the original design, byt they completed the repairs in such a quick and timely manner AND for a fair price that I am back out on the road and feeling safer then ever. Trust when I say that when I need to replace this tactical vest in the future, FX Tactical will be my first and only stop to purchase it at.

First time coming to this location. We needed to get my significant others gear together for the academy. Lahli, I hope I'm spelling her name right, was so super amazing! We had a long list of items we needed and she helped us throughout the whole list. We spent a good hour here and she was so patient and wonderful the whole time, she was also so patient with our indecisiveness. Altogether the experience was excellent. Lahli was amazing and my other half felt super happy like a child in a candy store. She went as far as offering different sizes and feels for his needs and looking at the back storage for other options. Oh, and they have pretty much everything you can think of for your tactical needs. Very impressed with the organization, inventory and cleanliness of this place. Two thumbs up!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would, Ive been coming to this store for several years spent my hard earned money on the stuff I needed for my job, well I bought a pair of Oakley tactical gloves for myself thinking you never know when your gonna need them, well as it were I got the exact same pair from my wife so I took these back, I bought a sticker for the window of my truck and a flag that Velcro’s to my protective vest and I said instead of putting back on the debit card give me a gift card and no worries, well it seems that who done it doesn’t know how to do it and when I went back to use it the gentleman up front said after I said can you see if there anything on here he said “Zip” meaning nothing was on the card and I said well there’s supposed to be 30 dollars or more on there and he ran it again and said I can’t help you I don’t know who did this not let me see what I can do or something but nothing so in short that is the last time I step foot in there and I will tell everyone within the sound of my voice to find somewhere else to shop.....If they did it to me, God knows how many people they’ve done it too....GOOD RIDDANCE !!!!!! Stay away horrible customer service....

The staff is always very helpful, but never pushy. They are competitively priced and have an enormous selection. They don't keep copies of updated uniform policies for surrounding agencies. So, if you are buying work uniforms, make sure you know what you want.

Good place with decent prices. Best thing going for it is the 5.11 stocking dealer. Every 5.11 holiday sale you can make a killing getting great savings. The guys working are polite and super helpful. Wish they carried more for parts but the prices hurt for them to be more then a last minute I need that part now kinda place.

The guy in the shoe department was rude and very short. If his goal was make me leave without making a purchase he was very successful. On average I purchase 2 pairs of boots a year from FX but after that I'll take my business somewhere that actually wants my money.

Horrible service staff was impatient, and not very kind. Alot of kids work here and the GM although played he was being helpful came across as arrogant and rude. Won't be going back to this location nasty experience. I'll pass there are better places to get your tactical items oh yeah and these guys are overpriced compared to the competition.

I recently bought a shirt and had name to be embroidered. I was 5 to 7 business day. I called and checked to see if my shirt has arrived back from Embroidery. My didn't arrived back yet. Was told by another salesman it now will take 2 weeks from original order. Quality of customer service has recently down hill. Sales people at FX Tactical not sure of anything no more. I always see new sales representatives everytime I stop by FX Tactical. There people keep quitting. Can't keep quality people to work there no more. Customer person I talked to didn't apologize for the inconvenience. She had another excuse. Sad place to shop now. Wish there more choices of uniform store around to shop.
