Had a great experience at Harry Browns! It was time for a trade in and Helena came through to the rescue and made certain that I was getting a fair deal on trade in value and a fair price on my (new to me) Toyota Tacoma! Beautiful truck with everything I need for me and my family to take out on weekend excursions up north camping and fishing. There may be some off-roading as well! I also very much enjoyed visiting with Harry and was very pleasantly surprised to know that he was in the same class as my uncle and knew my immediate family quite well. He was very pleasant and I really enjoyed getting the chance to visit. Thank you Helena (H) for coming through and making me feel completely comfortable making a big purchase.

This is my second vehicle purchase with Harry Brown auto. I received superb friendly service. Nate, sales rep was so nice, informative, assuring, and overall wonderful to work with. He did not pressure me at all in to buying a vehicle and really listened to me to assist in finding the vehicle that fit my needs and dreams. He was careful not to overwhelm me with all the new technology in the vehicles, explained and taught me how to use all the features my Enclave is capable of. Every staff person, Erin, (finance), and Ben were all so friendly and helpful. It also impressed me the wonderful teamwork. I would really recommend Harry Browns Auto as the best honest place to buy a vehicle. Ask for Nate he will assist and assure you are taken care of from entering the building to driving your new vehicle home. He also will be there to assist you with any future needs. Great guy!!????

Mike and the sales team were nice and professional people. Got a fair and honest trade-in value on my previous vehicle. Finance department was professional as well. Upon first gas fill-up, MPG was as described in the sale ad on their website.

Staff was nice (its why I gave 3 star)but they still are typical car salesmen. Prices weren't bad until I found out they charge an extra 1000$ if you dont finance with them. Even if you pay all cash you pay an extra 1000$. Its because of this policy I went somewhere else.

There are so many great things about this place. Firstly, they helped me find financing that fit my budget, which is of course very important. Kevin Lee was an amazing salesman, very helpful and energetic. I was so excited to make this purchase, and Kevin openly shared that excitement. The prices were competitive, the employees were courteous, and this car was verifiably perfect thanks to their checklist system.

I purchased my vehicle from Kevin the salesman via phone/internet from Virginia. He did everything he could to make me feel informed and comfortable making the decision to purchase the truck. Very friendly Easy to work with. Bought a used car from spotting it on Cargurus. Went over more details over the phone to make sure there were no issues then flew up to drive it home. Car was in great shape and there were no surprises. They had replaced the tires and rotors and had it cleaned up looking like new. Would definitely work with again.

I had intended to test drive only to see how the car handled and if it were comfortable. Well after a short test drive I fell in love with the Buick. I was very happy with everyone that I interreacted with my car purchase at Harry's. I am not the easiest person to deal with when buying a car as I enjoy haggling and I am always looking for something very specific.
I live 40 minutes from the Harry's and started talking to a Helena over the phone about the vehicle I was interested in. She was very responsive and willing to work with me. After some back and forth over the phone I drove down for them to look at my trade in and talk final numbers.
Working with Kiki on financing the purchase was great and she stuck with it when we came across a couple hiccups.
Overall the process was very smooth and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely worth the drive from the cities. They are also doing a good job of wearing masks and had protective plexiglass up at the sales persons desks and in the offices.

Just stopped in today to start the search for a new car and was very pleased with the experience. I was immediately helped by Brian H at the door and received astounding service the entire time. We ran through several different vehicles and test drove a few. The cars Brian pulled were all wonderful even if not what I was looking for and we eventually came to one that was quite perfect. I didn’t end up purchasing the car at this time but do plan to soon. Even then, the service I received did not show that. I was treated like I was family and I very much appreciate that. Harry Brown’s is doing it right.

Just went here to test drive a vehicle. I was informed by the salesman that the check engine light came on as they were pulling the vehicle up front. The salesman took it to the shop and said he would have the code scanned. After waiting for a few minutes we were informed that when the scan tool was connected the truck would no longer run (supposedly fried the ecm). Without even getting a word in the salesman was already pitching a different vehicle. Hour long drive for a brief conversation with uneducated sales staff.

Went in for oil change, transmission fluid and filter change and radiator flush and fill and when I went to pick up my truck the light came on saying I was low in coolant and needed to add some. Pretty sure I shouldn’t have to worry about that after paying for that service to be done. So now I have to worry if the transmission fluid was done right
