Wow wow wow!! Thank you Kevin for helping my very picky and long list of things I wanted in a vehicle. He went above and beyond and wasn’t pushy at all. Gave honest opinions about every vehicle. My family has bought every vehicle from here and now I’m the 3rd generation to get one here as well! I love my Jeep, and I had zero intention of even getting a Jeep but Kevin suggested it and I drove it and got it! And Kiki (The business manager) couldn’t have been more nice, helpful and caring. We definitely had issues with the loans at first. She went above and beyond and fixed it for us. Highly recommend using Harry Browns and working with Kevin and Kiki! Thank you both so much!

There always polite but l think they are changing too much. Last time I picked up my car i had 11 codes on my engine harry brown wanted 1000.00 to fix n reset the codes a friend of mine has a code reader found out a fresh air sensor was disconnected they snap together can't come loose by them self i snapped it back in place all 11 codes were cleared you can not trust anyone

Was very pleased with the whole team. Considering it was New years eve and found hail damage on my trade in, they were still able to get me in the vehicle of my choice. Harry was there again to shake say thank you. Which in this day is a nice touch. My thanks to you, all the grand cherokee is great.

Do not buy their gap coverage it's a complete scam! Bought a used car from here had check engine coming on they tried to fix it. I finally got my car back after 2 weeks and the check engine light started coming on again the same day and then they stopped answering my text messages and the car has had nothing but problems.

I went to no less then 5 dealerships before coming here on a whim. Sean and Kevin were great! The customer service was so far above anything I could have expected. I wanted a truck with very specific options and they were able to find it for me. They drove down to Missouri just to get the truck I wanted. I had the truck in 2 days! All they wanted to do was provide top notch customer service and they did just that. Thank you for the wonderful buying experience!

I attempted to purchase a low miles Dodge pickup today. I contacted Harry Brown's dealership online last night and followed up with a phone call this morning. I talked with Halie and then was handed off to Sean. I offered to put down a deposit. I was told that was not necessary. He would have the car washed and the paperwork ready for me at 7pm when my son and I would be arriving after a 4-hour drive from northern Minnesota. Just before 3pm when we would be leaving our house, I get a call from the dealership informing me that someone would be arriving in 30 minutes to test drive the truck. I asked how that could be as I had already agreed to buy the truck and we were just leaving to come and get it. I was told that I would have to wait until after the 3 scheduled test drives scheduled for today. There was nothing scheduled when I called in earlier that morning. I spoke with two different managers who said there was nothing they could do. They said that they don't hold vehicles and it's first-come-first-served. I told him I wasn't coming to test drive the vehicle. I was coming to purchase the vehicle. He said I should have put down a deposit and a purchase agreement. I told him the sales guy said I was good. If I needed to fill out the paperwork, then send it over and I would fill it out right away and we would then hit the road. The manager declined. We went around a couple of more times with him claiming that I was coming to test drive and he wouldn't hold it. I corrected him each time saying that I was purchasing the vehicle and to get me the paperwork as necessary and I would be happy to prepay for vehicle over the phone with a credit card or money transfer. He declined and said it would be whoever came there first and made the purchase. He asked if I wanted him to call me back if the folks test driving decided not to purchase. I told him not to bother as I didn't want to do business with someone that conducted his business in this way. He offered no solutions to a mistake made by the sales staff. I would not recommend this dealership.

I received a follow up call with a salesman named David Tomaschko about coming to see a pickup truck that I may be interested in. Now mind you, I had seen David months prior and requested that he reach out to me around December as it was more convenient for me to purchase a vehicle at that time. Not once in between that time was I harassed repeatedly by him as a salesman and that is a huge thing for me as many other dealerships I've done business with in the past did not have the same results. Upon arriving he was immediately helpful in getting the ball rolling on my trade in and looking over/test driving the pickup truck of interest (2017 Silverado 1500). Unfortunately the choice of truck ended up not being a good fit, but I was introduced to a new 2019 Silverado instead. After some debate with my significant other we decided that the 2019 was the better decision to go with. David was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me set up my OnStar, XM radio and pairing my phone with my truck's bluetooth, he was really on the ball and that made my experience all that much better. The staff got the process rolling and I barely had to do anything while I waited for the finalization with the finance department. I would also like to mention as well that Harry Brown himself was there, walking around and introducing himself to the customers in the waiting area. I was slightly taken aback as I've never encountered an owner before anywhere I've gone to purchase a vehicle. The man was very kind and genuine, and was very welcoming and interested in what we had to say, truly a rare thing nowadays. Overall my experience was a great one, I am VERY happy with the end result and my brand new truck and would hands down recommend this dealership to any of my friends, family or coworkers. Thank you Harry Brown and all of his staff (David, Brian, and Kiki) who assisted in my purchase. I look forward to many more years of service and business with you all.

We had been looking for a truck but needed something that seated 6 and trucks now days are hard to find with the front bench seat! When I seen the listing on Harry Brown’s I called and worked with Alex on trying to get the truck! With Alex’s effort to helps us we are now the proud owns of a 2013 GMC Sierra! While we waited Harry’s had complimentary coffee, water and cookies! They even have an area to occupy the kids which was a great help for our 3 kids! I would definitely recommend Harry Browns to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had been looking for a specific vehicle for over a year. I found exactly what I was looking for at Harry Brown's! I had a "bottom line" price that I could afford, "out the door". We called about the vehicle and spoke with Dave Wilson. Dave explained that the vehicle just arrived (a trade-in from first owner) & had not yet been detailed though we were welcome to drive down take a look and take her for a drive. Heck, they didn't even have a chance to post pictures on their website yet! We drove down ASAP! The price was just a bit over our budget. We offered Dave an "out the door" price. He checked with his superior and "WALLA" we now have the car! We highly recommend Dave Wilson with Harry Brown's, a super knowledgeable, personable, man who knows his cars. Also, Dave wasn't at all "pushy" y'all know what were talking about! As a bonus, we also met Mr. Harry Brown; nice man for sure. Smooth and quick purchase. Would have liked my experience more if they were not so pushy about financing with them instead of the great rate I got from my bank (1.55%). Also, had issues with my new Chevy Trax since purchase. Found out from my local Chevrolet that the lock on the passenger side was not working, likely at purchase because a wire was loose. Thankfully, I had it fixed under warranty. Would not recommend a family or friend to buy a vehicle here. Very unprofessional place.

Was told at purchasing that 2 free oil changes up to 12,000 miles were included. Received one but was charged for the 2nd one at 7800 miles. Reason given was that 2019 vehicles only qualified for 1. REALLY! Purchased veh. in 2018 and it is the responsibility of company to honor their commitment.

Scott is great. Can't seem to keep my check engine light off. It is always an emissions problem. I had issues with my car. Check engine light came on many times. Yesterday 6/7/2018 the mechanic found and fixed the problem. I was not charged for the repeat visit. Scott drove around several times to ensure the problem was fixed. The service amazing. It was very kind and seems like good business practice to not charge me. I am grateful for being able to have a Automotive dealership stand behind the products they sell and service. I trust in their service. I trust them to do the right thing. Staff have great listening skills. And they go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I recommend this place. Harry Brown's is a decent family owned business. I give them a ten.
