I can say enough good things about all the people I dealt with during my purchase! Johannes is a fantastic sales associate and I really appreciate his personality and the way he took care of me throughout the entire buying process. Johannes is quick, sharp, real honest and I would definitely recommend going out of your way to work with him. Ryan in the financing department, he went above and beyond with several things I hadn’t even considered and really took the time to get me a great deal and see to it that everything was properly taken care of. I would highly recommend these great individuals and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. This is the place I will be telling my family and friends to go to when they need a car!

Overall experience was excellent. Nick was a very knowledgeable, low pressure salesman. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five was that I needed to fill my newly purchased car with gas almost immediately after I left their lot.

Best buying experience I have ever had. Jason and the team at Harry Brown's make you feel at home throughout the whole buying process. No pressure and it is a family owned dealership with "real" people wanting to help you - not just sell you. I have extensive experience in the automotive world and really could have gone anywhere but Harry Brown's had the exact vehicle I wanted and made it happen seamlessly. I would recommend all of my family and friends to drive an hour south of the cities to see them !

Nick was wonderful to work with. I found my perfect truck online, but wasn't able to get there to look at it for a week. He made sure to keep an eye on it for me and it was sitting out front ready to drive when I got there. He made sure to answer all of my questions and help set everything up, all while answering my 3 year old's questions as well. This dealership is very very welcoming! David Tamschko helped me a lot with getting my vehicle. I’d like to also appreciate the other employees too for helping me get my new car, it was a long process but it’s worth it. Happy with the purchase however very disappointed in either communication from the sales men to the service department as I added on other features to the car and was told I’d receive a call the following week to get it scheduled. After several texts to the sales person and the final one say how unsatisfied I was I promptly received a call to line up the service. Funny how they sell add one but don’t follow up with service.

Really liked dealing with Helena! When I got to the dealership, they didn't have quite the car that I wanted. Within a couple days time period though, Helena found a car with the options I wanted and had it delivered from Detroit to the dealership. Talk about service!!! Perhaps the thing I liked most about dealing with Helena though was that I had her personal cell phone number. Whenever I needed to talk to her, she ALWAYS answered. I've never had that from other dealerships I've delt with. If you need a car, go see Helena!!! Forgot to mention that it was nice to get to meet the actual owner of the dealership too. What a nice guy!

We just bought our 5th vehicle from Harry Brown's. We always ask for Helena because we have worked with her the last 4 times. She is wonderful to work with! She is very laid back & does not pressure you. We have never had a bad experience when we've gone in there. I can't say enough about how pleased we've been them.

I had to bring in my jeep in 4 different times for the exact same problem, the first time 3 parts were changed. the second time I took my vehicle in another part was changed and the oil was changed, the third time I took the vehicle in a salesperson contacted me and tried to set up an appointment to have me look at new vehicles, that third time I had the vehicle in they changed another part but that did not fix the problem.
After getting the vehicle back for the third time and still having the same problem, I had lost all confidence in the same technician that repeatedly was working on my vehicle, so I spent 1 or 2 minute wiggling wires underneath the hood and found the problem and brought my vehicle back for the 4th time, and told the service department what I had found. I was quoted $1,454.61 And The person giving me the quote was unable to give me a time frame for completion of the repair, one month later I was told that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, when I got the bill it was $1,700 Roughly! After telling the woman at the desk that's not the price I was quoted, she found the quote with the price that I was originally given, I paid my repair bill and went to check out the new part in my vehicle. And found that the technician had failed to reattached the ground wire to the new part in any way, after being told by the people in the service department that, if I wanted my vehicle to be looked at I would need to leave it there and Someone would take a look at it the next day, I took the 5 minutes required to secure the ground wire myself.
The reason I took my vehicle back a second, third, and fourth time, is I was told by this dealership that this dealership warranties their repairs.
The first time I dropped off the vehicle Was November 8th And I got my vehicle finally fixed on February 5th
I believe in giving people and or companies the opportunity to make things right, so I called the dealership and spoke to a manager and I asked to be refunded the labor for the repairs that did not fix the problem and I was told that they are unwilling to do anything
List of Parts changed that did not fix the problem
1 throttle body
1 gas pedal
1 gas pedal position sensor
1 PCV valve
1 engine oil
1 car battery
Between the 3 months it took for them to fix the vehicle and the workmanship of the same technician that worked on my vehicle each time and the price gouging of the bills that I was given and unprofessionalism of the employees that I dealt with, with the exception of Jess(jess is an amazing employee) this dealership has earned a one-star review

Steve Brown personally reached out to me and I appreciate the effort he put in to try to help me. I cannot even come close to be able to purchase a nice new Silverado but if I was ever in that position I think I would be inclined to get ahold of Steve and give Harry Brown's a shot

Where do I start..
Reached the store this afternoon, shortly after driving half way through the lot a man came out to help us. Found the vehicles were were looking for quickly! Let us test drive it. The guy that helped us was knowledgable and friendly talked the whole time. Always kept it real from begining to end.

After having a terrible experience at a dealership in the Twin Cities the week previous, dealing with Sean at Harry Brown's was a breath of fresh air! He was friendly, professional, personable, and treated both me and my husband with respect. We drove down from Duluth to look at a 2017 Durango and they had it running and warm when we arrived. The trade-in process with my Jeep was seamless and each person we dealt with at the dealership treated us like family. I would HIGHLY suggest them and would make the drive again in the future to purchase a vehicle.

I stopped in to look at a couple trucks I saw online one day. Randy, a salesperson was walking by when we were looking at a particular one and asked if we had been helped. Said no,but was interested in a couple trucks. He went and got keys, let us test drive them with no pressure to buy any. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Went back the next day and he let us test drive a couple more, no pressure again. He asked what we thought, told him we were more interested in one truck. He ended up selling me a truck. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though it was close to closing time. I would not hesitate to go back in the future. Everything went easy and fast.
