Recently, I ordered a vehicle and had it delivered. I didn’t haggle on price because I felt the price was fair and I did not finance (more on that later).
First off, add $1,000 to your price if you don’t finance. Not a huge problem but annoying.
The real issue was that the vehicle arrived with problems that were not immediately apparent. Cigarette burn in the back seat and the cigarette smell were all things I could deal with. My issue started when I found that the auto start would engage intermittently when I would press lock/unlock on the Toyota factory key fob.
When I called to explain the problem, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Later when I pressed them on the issue, they did offer a small amount of money to fix it. Not enough to actually fix the issue.
I will not purchase a vehicle from them again.

Truly a wonderful experience from the start to the finish! I located my car on the Internet, drove 4.5hrs from WI & easily completed the deal with the assistance of Bob, Adam & Dave. Jon (sales mgr) came out to thank me for my business. I did not feel stressed or pressured at any time. I was satisfied with the value on my trade-in. My dog was welcomed, too! The building was clean. All staff were helpful & personable. I made the right choice to buy at Harry Brown's Automotive ❤

My experience buying a vehicle from start to finish at Harry Brown’s Family Automotive was excellent! The environment is very welcoming with friendly & helpful staff. Ben was so amazing and was the first salesman I have ever done business with that never made me feel pressured and listened to every word I said! He even went out of his way to drive a truck we were interested in an hour away to our home because we had a concern of it fitting in our garage! That is real customers service. The finance guy Ryan was wonderful as well! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I will definitely be going back there when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ben is sales to anyone I know. It might be a little drive but it will be so worth it because of there amazing service! Harry Brown himself is also such a nice man and made a point to introduce himself and have conversation with my hubby & I! Exceptional dealership that truly goes above and beyond for the customers!!

We were traveling through with our horse and lost 5 lug nuts off a rear tire. These guys dropped everything to get us back on the road even getting parts from a nearby town. Not only did they take care of us they also made sure our horse was comfortable and had fresh water.

Harry Browns Service Team is great. They've done a good job of working with me on general maintenance of our car. They have not been pushy or up selling repairs. This last time I was just in after they changed the oil, they strongly encouraged me to put tires on because I was at 4. Incredibly they had the tires & time to do it that day. I declined. However as I sat & waited for the car to be done I reconsidered. They had just pulled the car out. Without a fuss or attitude towards me they did the tires. I recommend Harry Browns before I would the other Dealership 8 miles from me.

I located the car I wanted on the Internet! I spoke with salesman, Bob Ford, on the phone. After comparing info from other dealers, I called & asked Kevin to put a hold on the car as I'd drive 300 miles from WI to Faribault MN. My dog, Rusty, & I were welcomed into a clean & comfortable dealership. My car was parked out front. Bob was friendly, patient & knowledgeable. Adam (sales trainee) helped pet-sit Rusty! The staff here are wonderful! I walked in knowing what car I wanted but thought for sure I would have to settle for a cheaper car or wait, they made it happen! I dreaded the thought of going over the final details with my young children right next to me but all the staff were very helpful and interacted with my children making them feel comfortable, taking a lot of pressure off me. They're amazing and I couldn't have had a better experience buying a new vehicle. Ben Wolf was amazing and honestly the whole staff makes you feel welcome and it is not a pushy place. I test drove as many cars as I wanted and asked tons of questions. The best part I got to meet & shake Harry's hand when I was done with my purchase. I absolutely love that they take the time to show you how to work everything in your new car/truck/suv. I have been to several dealerships buying cars over the years and this one is by far the best. I won't be going anywhere else for my future car purchases.
