I came in for an oil change and left with a list of “problems” that needed to be fixed. I was also treated like I was stupid and didn’t know what my own check engine light looked like (it turned on when I got there I guess). I went to a small shop near my home and found out that majority of the “problems” weren’t problems at all and the biggest one that they wanted to pull in my warranty for is something they couldn’t have known for sure from an oil change. I will not be returning.

Quoted me a high price when I asked for a fair price. The price they quoted me was MORE than a quote the gave me over the internet chat!!! Also, offer me $3k less for my trade than the next dealership I went to. Don't buy from these people if you want to be treated fairly. I ended up getting the exact same $60k truck for $3k less and got $3k more for my trade. My advice is to go elsewhere.
UPDATE - Kind of weird how you know about the deal that I received at another dealership... Also, there wasn't just an $80 difference in the prices I was quoted. This is just UNTRUE. Would I be concerned over $80 when I'm paying $60,000? Also, I spent about that in gas money driving down from the twin cities and also used a day off. Finally, yes, there was an accident reported on my trade. It was a replaced front plastic bumper. I drove it for 3 years with no issues. Do I deserve $3k less for it because the bumper was replaced at one time??? More warning signs.

Bought my car at this dealership. Also bought the extended warranty (bumper to bumper...lifetime!). My car had some issues, and I could not get an appointment for an entire month. Really.....a MONTH? Well, the issues with my car couldn't wait a month....it died a week later. Had to have it towed.....there goes $185.00. When I called Harry Browns, I was told it still would take a month to look at it.....WOW! The Chrysler dealership in Owatonna accepted my car, looked it over, fixed the issue, and had it on the road in 1 day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle, and it's NOT if Faribault!!!

Purchased my second certified pre-owned Buick Enclave. Had a good experience both times. Everybody I met was friendly and helpful. Bob Ford was my salesperson both times and was very good as well as knowledgeable. No high pressure at all. Would recommend this dealer and would use them again.

Not sure why this dealership receives good ratings. I purchased a truck from them about 4 yrs ago. 2010 GMC Sierra with 60k miles. Worst decision I ever made! Truck looked spectacular off the lot, but have had nothing, and I mean nothing, but problems! They told me the truck had all new breaks, new fluids, new battery, everything new in it. DO NOT trust them when they say that. I work from home and don’t even drive much so I don’t put that many miles on the vehicle; and have had it in and out of shops ever since. Just had all new breaks put on, and the ones replaced were the originals, not new brakes like they’d told me. They told me the tires were brand new.... hard to believe that to be true having to replace them after 30,000 miles. Had to have all new hoses replaced, new tires. new fluids. Doors rattle horribly while driving. I should probably mention the Truck only has 90k miles on it to date. Hasn’t even broke a hundred thousand. and having all these issues! Do not buy from Harry Browns. They mask their vehicles and sell you lemons.

My experience at Harry Brown's was great! The salesman, Mike Hruby, was so friendly and professional. I never felt pressured, and I felt like an important customer. I got a good price on my Silverado, and I just love the truck! Harry Brown himself even visited with my son and I during the process. From the minute we walked in until we drove away with the new truck- the whole experience was outstanding. Very efficient, but not at all rushed. The whole staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend Them to everyone!

I wouldn't recommend no one to go there because I had a family emergency and I left my car to get fixed but I have to go back to get the car because they gave me a rental car and they told me I can put a lot of miles on it so I was trying to be thoughtful and respectful and return the car to them and went out of town to retrieve my kid and came back I was calling for what two three days to see if I can bring the car back so they can fix the car and the woman won't even return the phone call and then they had to unplug something in my car and I called and mentioned that and the lady was like no I swear I didn't they just unplug the battery so I don't even try to argue but I would never spend my money there because if they can't understand a family emergency I didn't take their vehicle I just brought the vehicle back and took my vehicle because it was a family emergency and if you don't want my money you don't want my business so be it

What a professional organization from the sales staff, to their finance mgr. I was contacted by Alex Gregory Mercado. It just so happens that my name is Gregory Mercado. I told him that it was an omen for me to come to Harry Browns to buy this Corvette.
Harry Browns staff made that happen.
I also met the owner ( Harry Brown) and his son whose name is also Greg. Fate brought me to Harry Browns and I now am the proud owner of a new Corvette.

In the past my experience had not been pleasant at Harry Brown's. On a whim I decided to stop in Harry's and check out vehicles. We were approached by a salesman named Ben, who was not pushy or arrogant. There is nothing worse than a salesman treating a woman like she has no idea what she is talking about with vehicles. Ben answered all my questions, let me test drive the vehicles I wanted and did not push any one vehicle on me. Our conversation with the staff while discussing trading my truck off and leasing a new vehicle was pleasant and they did not waste my time. I was impressed with the staffs professionalism and had a brief conversation with Harry himself. I'm giving the a 5 star rating because none of them came across arrogant or full of themselves or again wasted my time. People would rather deal with someone who is down to earth and does not blow a bunch of smoke when trying to make a sale.
