We shopped for a long time to find the car my wife wanted. I talked to a bunch of places and visited a couple others. Cameron was our sales person and he did a great job. We test drove the car we came to see. I wanted her to be sure that was the one she loved, so we drove a couple other makes and models to be sure. Cam was very patient and nice to talk with. No sales pressure at all. We ended up buying the one we came for. It’s been great.

I’m a little late on this since I’ve had my Jeep Rubicon for just over a year. I can honestly say the entire experience at Park Chrysler Jeep was and has been a wonderful one. Everyone there is so professional and considerate each time I contact them. I live very close to another Jeep dealership but ended up driving 20 mins to deal directly with Park Chrysler since the dealership near me has not been a good experience from past purchases. I would highly recommend Park Chrysler Jeep and will be back down the road for my next Jeep purchase.

Everyone here is amazing! I came in to look at a Compass I had seen online and loved it. Unfortunately when my husband called the next day we found out it sold later that night. But that's when I realized just how awesome these people truly are. They found me exactly the same car for the same price in a color I love even more in less than a week! They made sure to inspect it thoroughly and took care of a recall issue before I took it home. Thank you so much Nick for all your hard work and for finding this beauty. You are a gem! My wife and I bought a Jeep Wrangler from here last weekend and we had a wonderful experience. We started speaking with a salesperson there by the name of Abby France a few months ago and she did a great job of staying in touch without being pushy. I was impressed with the dealership in general, but Abby was definitely the reason we keep driving all the way from Blaine to Burnsville to look at Jeep. It's a family owned dealership and everyone we worked with there was great. Time will tell, but I suspect the customer service moving forward is going to be great. Thanks everyone and so sorry we kept you there so late on a Saturday night!

I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. The buying process was inefficient right when I arrived. The sales rep did not know anything about the vehicle I schedule to come look at, which is weird considering they mainly sell Jeeps and I notified them over a day in advance I was coming.
I scheduled a time for my first oil change online. Then the next day I called in to see roughly how long it would take. The guy then says oh if it's just an oil change you can bring it in anytime and I'll cancel your appointment since it's just an oil change. I arrive and they say it'll be at least 4 hours and they don't have a vehicle for me to borrow while I wait. Massive waste of my time. So I bring it to my local auto mechanic. He says you need to bring this back to the dealership here is a list of stuff that needs to get fixed. I bring it back and have over $950 of repairs within the first 5k miles I put on it.
A year passes and I go to see what my trade in offer is. Guy tells me the radiator needs to be replaced and some other hose, which is goofy since they apparently looked everything over when I brought it in 5k miles ago.
Their offers for trade in were much lower than other dealerships, even with their Park Promise package. Garbage offer. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again.

Wow!! Service here was great. Loose wiper arm. Thought it was broke. 2 minutes later it was fixed. All it was was loose. Needed to be tightened. Explained to us why!! And then said no charge. Excellent job fellas!!! Definitely will be back!!

Brought my car in to the service department for an intermittent running issue that was tough to replicate consistently. Adam Gerber in the service department and the technician stayed determined to figure it out and I appreciated that very much. These newer vehicles can have lots of technology and communication running through the systems and it's easy for someone to want to shy away from working on them. Again, I appreciate the efforts. Adam was very personable, outgoing, and straight forward. These guys deserve a pizza catered in for their hard work.

Park Chrysler made the car buying process very simple. I was an out of state customer and was always treated with respect. Their responses to my questions were very quick and they provided me with all the information I needed before making the drive to the dealership. Once there, Dane was very helpful and easy to work with. He helped me painlessly negotiate prices, set up financing, and worked with me to have the handful of minor paint imperfections buffed out prior to my purchase. The finance team was equally as helpful. Haiying helped me get the best interest rate and provided a lot of helpful finance-related insight. I would highly recommend purchasing from here. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase.

We had a wonderful experience with Abby France! We showed up 45 minutes after they closed and asked her to point us in the direction of a vehicle we wanted to look at. Instead of just pointing us in the direction of the vehicle she walked over with us and answered all of our questions we had. She also allowed us to "test drive" it home for the night. The next day we went back and purchased our Jeep. Overall she was an amazing person to work with, was pressure free, fun, and was a lot of help. I showed up early for an appointment. Hugo was the only Associate available and he helped me find the car that I wanted. After the paper work, and other formalities I drove home with my “new” used car. The process didn’t take very long. There was coffee and other drinks available while I was waiting for the car to be cleaned and detailed. I’m not sure but the tabs on the car was close to expiring but Hugo and the team took care of that for me and I just had to pick up the new tabs when they arrived at the dealership. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Terrible experience - we went took look at a car for our daughter. The first time we could not agree on a price. I made an offer and explained we drove 1 hour 40 minutes so if they are going to accept it can we do that right away. They did not accept it but called me the following day and did accept it ( not unusual really for car sales). We drove down there again and found that the car had an issue with the engine. I put my regular mechanic on the phone and he told me that it had a significant problem and we should not buy it. The dealership told me they would look into the issue and call me back to explain the status. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything. When I buy a car from a dealership I expect that the mechanics Have gone over it before they put it on their lot.
Reply to owner comments - The comments from the dealership are incorrect. We went to the dealership and drove the car. We then went to get some lunch and called the salesman and made the offer over the phone before we left town. We did not receive one return call or one voicemail from this dealership after our second visit. I received one email from our salesman a few days ago asking if we would like to follow up with our finance application, but nothing about the car we were interested in. This was the only response we got after our second visit to go purchase this car.

I had the best car buying experience from this place. I popped in one day and met Connor. Super nice guy and told him I was interested in finding a Jeep. They were willing to let me be the first one to see the type/price range of car right when they got one in. The process was smooth. Everything that I needed fixed or verified they handled. They worked with me on everything I needed. Had a problem with my antenna and they worked with me on fixing that. Had a problem with alignment on it and they got me right in and fixed that too. Amazing group of people here. I suggest Connor if you’re looking at buying a new or used ride! I will most likely go back here on my next purchase. I’d give it more stars if I could. A++++

Adam at Park Chrysler Jeep is a go to service lead. Ran into some major problems with Jeep when a broke bolt off on a self repair. He was honest and straight forward informing me of needs for repair and what outcomes could occur. Their excellent technicians were able to remove the bolt without further damage to my engine block and get me back on the road promptly. They also went above and beyond when they caught that last service elsewhere filled the coolant with wrong product and did a full flush of cooling system correcting the problem.
I’ll head back there for all future needs on my Rubicon.

Financing manager was timely with approval and financing. I felt like I was treated fairly for trade-in value and discount of new Jeep.

We worked with Hugo Trejo at Park Chrysler Jeep to buy a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. He was a top notch salesman from start to finish. He was transparent all the way through the process. He kept us informed and gave updates as our new vehicle was getting cleaned and ready for the sale. He checked in multiple times to make sure we knew we weren't forgotten. He offered to buy us lunch multiple times and said we could come back another time and he'd buy lunch. I would highly recommend to ask for him when looking for a vehicle. When we left the dealership he made sure all of our questions were answered and even hopped in the car with us to help us get our phones set up with Uconnect. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and did not put pressure on us to buy something more high priced. The only negative about the process was when we were with the finance guy, I don't remember his name. He was full of pressure about buying extra add ons. He was not going to take NO for an answer and seemed frustrated with us for not taking extras.
