My experience was as good as they come. Literally every point of contact in each department (sales, vehicle appraisal, finance etc.) was top notch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Special shout out to Connor Neal in sales department. He answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. Typically you get the classic "pushy" sales person but not with Connor. He was genuine and listened to my wants and needs and I would highly recommend him to anyone 10/10. He's great at what he does and extremely knowledgeable. Also special shout out to Frank in sales department as well. Class act guy and extremely friendly. Final shout out goes to Erik Kobarg in the finance department. Again, he had my best interests in mind and helped me feel confident and comfortable about the finances and my purchase. Would recommend speaking to Erik when it comes to the finance. Very friendly guy. All in all, great experience at Park Chrysler Jeep and they are my choice of dealer moving forward.

Scotty is TRULY amazing! I think the best way to sum up his service is to explain that I was NEVER coming back to this dealership again (I was treated unprofessionally by an employee, Alan, who is no longer there) yet I just drove away in a new Jeep!! Everything he did was incredible: from his initial point of contact - the voicemail message, to his authentic, kind dealings with my family...I was so "at home", that I felt like I was doing business with a family member. Sales experience was good but buyers beware, if you do not purchase the warranty and you find an issue with the car after you have already purchased the vehicle, in their words "it's a used vehicle, there is nothing we can do since you did not purchase the warranty." I noticed the car would shake only while coasting between 20-30 MPH and brought it to their attention after 2 days and that was their response. Like I said, just be aware if you do not purchase the warranty. I understand I had every chance to purchase the warranty but thought I point it out this dealership does not offer any X amount of days with any sort of peace of mind if you do not purchase the warranty.

I bought a few vans from this place and had a good experience. I was looking for another Dodge Caravan and they didn't have one on stock. The sales manager told me he was going to get a van for me. I haven't heard from them so I called the sales guy. He said " we are looking for your van, just wait a couple more days" I waited 3 days and haven't heard from them. I went to another dealer and bought another van. This was disappointing.

Grace, Colleen& David were fantastic, I had given up on finding a car. Having major credit issues 2 dealerships saying no, I almost didn’t try. David said just give us a try. Within just a few hours I had a firm deal in place. Grace had found the right bank Colleen had found the right car. I came in on Wednesday and drove out in my wonderful new to me car. I would trust them with anything they are a great team an asset to your dealership. I would send anyone to them. I would give them the highest rating possible.

@theothermatt Thank you for sharing your experience with your review. I am terrified of new car shopping. I, as well as my son are in the market for new cars as they are currently needed. After reading all of the poor reviews and unprofessional responses from the dealer, I just to also mark this dealer as a one star and will fortunately never be stepping foot in such a poorly ran establishment. I will most likely be taking my business to Belzers. After a brief phone call a few days ago and finding out Steve is still employed after making fun of a customer loud enough they could hear. At least at Belzers I know I'll be treated with respect and not be made fun of.

This was my first time buying a car and I knew nothing about cars to begin with. My salesman, Craig, greeted me with a warm welcome and asked me a couple of questions to narrow down my search. He walked me through every step of the process and explained everything thoroughly. Their business manager, Grace, was also very helpful and thorough while explaining my coverage options. Worst experience of my life. Stay away from this place. I went in the other day and worked with a Steve Carpenter. This man was incredibly rude, and I could hear him insulting me about my weight to other coworkers, thinking I wouldn't hear him. I decided to immediately leave after that. If this is the kind of people they employ; then they don't deserve my business or anyone's for that matter. I will most likely file a complaint to the BBB, and advise people to stay far away from this place.

We bought our first Jeep here literally 17 years ago, and came back a week ago to buy our new one. Comfortable, friendly environment, great vehicles to choose from on the lot, and we got a great deal on a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler (with great extras!). We arrived at the dealer, test drove, negotiated, paid, and drove off in our new Jeep in record time. We were so fortunate to have Haiying answer our inquiry call on the telephone. We purchased our daughter’s Jeep Compass Latitude in June of 2017. The purchase process was seamless with exceptional service from our salesperson, Craig. For at least the first year, he followed-up numerous times to see how everything was going, including phone calls and mail. I feel very confident with their sales experience and am sure you would be treated fairly and with respect. The service department is another story. I have used Park Chrysler Jeep on all the vehicles maintenance. The normal scheduled items as well as on a warranty issue and repair. Though, like many service departments of dealerships, they are very busy and sometimes difficult to schedule appointments. However, repairs and maintenance has been done correctly, but I have always left feeling less than satisfied with the experience. Today, I decided to use their “Quick Lane” option for just an oil change. Quick probably shouldn’t be part of the service name. I arrived at the dealership at 9:50am and pulled up to the Maintenance door but there was one Jeep vehicle ahead of me. I sat a full 10 minutes before the door opened and let the vehicle ahead of me in. The door closed and I sat another 10 minutes or so before opening again. (I had called earlier in the morning and was told how to use the Quick service option and was told there was a wait of an hour of so for an oil change but was told to just pull over to the the left as you enter where the service rep would take care of the visit.). I pulled in to left, which is difficult as the space is very tight, and a rep quickly stopped me and asked what I was there for. I responded with, “I’d like and oil change”, and was met with an abrupt and not friendly response of “it’s going to be about a 2+ hour wait because there are 2 ahead of you”. With that greeting (no, good morning, or thanks for coming in, or positive response of how busy they were) I felt I was intruding in his day and he didn’t need to see another car at that moment. I said “no thank you” and had to figure out how to back out of the service bay (mind you it’s a very busy space). I pity the next driver behind me who wanted an oil change. Not welcoming in the least. A solution to this situation would be to separate the regular maintenance appointments with the Quick Service drop ins. Major repairs and problems take a lot longer to write-up, review and process and that is expected. But, a simple oil change, should not have to take an investment of an entire morning and having to be treated, not as a customer, but an inconvenience. Because of my schedule and time constraints, I went directly to our local Valvoline Instant Oil Change and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I have always felt I was getting better service and maintenance knowledge at the dealership so this ran contrary to what I’d normally do but in this case, an oil change is an oil change. There are other Jeep dealerships in the area, maybe another 15 or 20 minutes farther, but I’m willing to try them with hopes of better treatment and service.

Hi, overall a good experience. However at last minute the salesman told me after I already bought the jeep there was no extra set of keys available. Most dealers would tell you that up front. I felt cheated. Probably the owner of the dealership would not like that. The salesman was nice and followed his process. The used car guy personable and did his best for the trade. The finance person was meticulous. Suggest you add a selection to disclose that only one set of keys is available so no surprises at the end. Sold "as is" does not make sense when MOST cars have 2 sets of keys. So, I said paid over $30k for a vehicle and feel cheated. That's it. Take care. Hope you never get cheated. Or maybe if you did you would not follow that practice.

My wife and I walked in yesterday, to find a Renegade. After extensive research we were motivated to buy and didn't want to waste anytime. Our sales person was very strange, one of the weirdest people I ever met, I am amazed he holds a professional job. He made comments about our salary, made all kinds of jokes and referred to himself in the 3rd person often (Kramer says this is a good deal!) I think he might have had an illness? He also had my wife fill out the application on his PC as he couldn't see the screen. Then we went for a test drive, only to follow his directions to another car lot to look at other cars. We wanted a small SUV, he was showing us 200's, 300's as these were better deals. We were not looking for a car. Then told us we could easily find a smaller SUV for 350-450 month which turned into 500-650. We obviously left, I only went here because a friend recommended and the dealership might be great, but this guy was odd and didn't make our first impression worth returning. -Update: 12/10 purchased a renegade at another dealership, no issues at all. Makes me wonder if Park Jeep is worth visiting at all, I even called the GM 3 times and no one called me back.

Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from Park Jeep this summer. Process was quick and the price was at or below fair market value, staff was friendly and upbeat. But my satisfaction with park jeep ends the moment I drove my vehicle off the lot. First, there was body damage, a large scrape/scuff where a small collision had clearly taken place that wasn’t disclosed. I should have seen it, but someone also should have mentioned it. When you spend $40k on a used car you expect it to be mint. But I should have seen that I guess, so I paid out of pocket to fix it. Then I noticed a rear tail light was cracked and taking in water when it rained or I got a wash. So I found a day in my very busy work schedule to come in for them to take care of it. Well, it turns out they will only cover that if I brought it in within 30 days of purchase. It was day 32 or something. Best they can do is get me a new tail light at their cost (like $250). And even that offer I had to talk to multiple people to get. I declined and found a better price. Again, you spend $40k, and it’s obviously not going to be my last vehicle purchase, you’d think someone would want to help get future business and referrals. Didn’t seem to care. Few months later, wipers went to sh*t, of course I called just out of curiosity, no we don’t cover that (my friends who spent less on a BWW, Lexus, etc get offered new wipers every time they’re in for routine maintenance). Now I’ve got lights going out on my control panel, and I won’t even bother to call Park Jeep. Someone might respond to this and say oh please contact us we will try and help, but it shouldn’t take an online review for a shred of customer service. I’m in the process of buying a company vehicle now, and upgrading my wife’s car in the summer, and I won’t be going anywhere near Park Jeep.

When I brought my Wrangler Rubicon in, the service staff described the damage as “something that we only see if the car was driven into a brick wall at 50 MPH”. Initially, the total cost was estimated to be around $3,300 on the “safe side”; however, Adam (a service employee) reassured me that he would do everything he could to save me a buck. Adam kept me updated throughout the process via phone calls/voicemail. Finally, Adam let me know my Jeep was ready and when it was all said and done the team shaved $1,200 off of the initial estimated cost. Adam and the service team, as well as Angela in sales, have been nothing but helpful and delivered excellent service that surpassed my expectations.

Had a great experience with my salesman Craig and ended up purchasing a vehicle. The reason for my 3 stars is how the finance individual was way over the top pushy for extra products. Not sure if it’s common practice or not but just the little things such as having the gas tank full or above half (drove off the lot and noticed it was a half initially) and the car was vacuumed but not detailed just a quick wipe down would have given me a much better experience. I have a lot of years to purchase more vehicles and the little details might be the reason I don’t come back.
