Great place to purchase a vehicle. Went in to test drive a vehicle as there was a leasing deal I found online for the vehicle. I was expecting to have some hidden costs or getting a bad deal on my trade-in. No hidden fees and I was offered a $1K more on my trade-in then the Toyota dealership where I originally bought the vehicle. Ali was my sales rep and was very nice, not pushy, and was not like the typical sales person who comes off trying to be your buddy and pressure you to make a decision. I am sure they will have my business for years to come!

Had my 2019 RAM 1500 serviced here. Adam G. the service advisor really took care of me. Should have started here. Previous dealer I had been using advised me that my repair would not be considered warranty with an over $4K repair. Brought it hear and they really helped me out.

My husband talked to Dave and set up an apt. for 6:15 with John to look at a 2011 Ford escape for 9,995. We drove about 40 miles away through construction detours to get there. We get there and found out it was sold -no one called to tell us. They gave us Troy as John wasnt there so showed us a more expensive Escape that was just traded in. We were interested so had a trade in of a 2012 Toyota Sienna fully loaded. We owed 12,600 and he only would give us 6,600. We said another dealer said they would give us 9-10 thousand on a trade. He came back and said we would have to fix a brake which we said we would-- then said who said they would give you that on your van and he could call them to see if they would buy it. We were like cant you come up a bit and work with us. Think of this-the other dealer wont buy it if they dont get a sale-rediculous- he kept saying it to call them and not believing us. We could of paid cash on this loan -he was smirky and made us feel us like liars. Didnt try to work with us. Little be known we called the other guy and making a deal tomorrow with them. We have bought many cars in our life and all our kids and this was a bad experience. I would never suggest going here. Sad customer service. Always have walked in walked out with a vehicle we want.

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible staff and service that I received at Park Chrysler Jeep. I was in urgent need for a vehicle, and I found one for sale online at Park. That first vehicle sold before I could purchase it. However, the salesman that I was working with, Bob Lilledahl, personally reached out to me to explain that although the other vehicles I was interested in were no longer available, he had found other options for me that included my must-haves in a new vehicle and were within my price range.
They addressed my concerns, and helped me get into the right vehicle for me. In my car search I encountered a few other dealers with unhelpful salesmen who tried to pressure me into purchasing and tried to up sell me. My experience at Park Chrysler Jeep, and with Bob in particular was very different — it felt like they were working hard to give me the best possible experience and working hard to find a vehicle that fit my needs.
It was very nice to be dealing with trustworthy, helpful people at every stage of the process and drive away knowing that I had a great new vehicle that would last me for years. Grateful for top-notch service and experience, and I hope to be able to return in the future!

I wanted to leave some feedback for Park Jeep even though I ultimately did not end up leasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary from here (I went with Bloomington CJD). I worked with JoJo (leasing manager/problem solver), and while he couldn’t be any nicer, there were a two things that lost them the sale:
1) There are 2 buildings. I wasn’t informed that JoJo’s office was in the second building prior to our meeting so when I got there someone told me to ‘just walk over’ to the next building to see him. No problem, however, mid test-drive a kid ran over to us stating that he needed my keys to move my car so they could take a picture of the main building. So odd and disruptive during my test drive.
2) The car was very dirty. I realize I’m test driving a white Jeep in January, but I couldn’t even see the exterior of the car or rims. There was a car wash on site not 10 feet away. As a mid 30 year old female, this was a big downfall for me. Somehow the Jeep’s at Bloomington CJD were all clean and they have no car wash on site.
Overall, I’m happy I went with my gut and tried other dealerships. While I would have loved to go with a family owned business, there wasn’t much effort put into this process from Park Jeep’s perspective. And possibly they don’t need my business because they are in process of some major renovations so they must be doing well. Best of luck to them in the future.

I purchased a 2017 Cherokee from sales rep Troy C. End of June 2020. Before buying, I did test drive like many buyers. During test drive, I discovered it was pulling hard to the left. I had mentioned that to Troy when I got back. He said service will look at it and most likely it’s an alignment issue. I purchased the vehicle and left it overnight so they could get it serviced. The next day picking it up and driving off the dealership to home, same issue. I called Troy right away and left him a voicemail. He said to bring the car in the next day. I dropped off the car Saturday and couldn’t pick it up Monday evening. Same issue. I called called right away when I got home. I dropped my car off Wednesday. They kept the car for 2 weeks to service. The service and sales manager said that some roads are built at an angle, cars will pull usually. I’ve owned 7 vehicles... After playing phone tag and giving me the run around, 3 months later it was escalated to this VP Steve. Steve and I went on a test drive. He wanted me to drive to 180th off 35w, because he’s familiar with the roads. Steve also mentioned about the roads built which can cause Vehicles to pull... which I felt very disrespectful coming from a Vice President. After 3 and a half month, they finally admit the 2017 keep compass had issues. Purchase price was $23k. They took the car back and ended up purchasing a 2018 grand Cherokee. Steve wanted me to pay a little over $1k for having the car. For the 2017 jeep, I did $5k down payment. They wanted to take my down payment and applied it as a discount on the 2018 rather then a down payment. My full time job is an underwriter for a finance company. 2 month after, the navigation system does not display the right location. My appointment is set for Friday 12/16/2020 on the 2018 grand Cherokee. I’m giving Park Chrysler Jeep a 2 star review. The first star for the sale rep Troy C. (Very friendly and nice)My second star is for knowing that park jeep will see this review and having hope they take this feedback and improve.

I went to Park Chrysler Jeep to look at a 2016 Toyota Prius they had on their lot. I asked to take a test drive and before asking any questions about what type of vehicle I was looking for, the salesperson who greeted me immediately started asking about my trade and figuring out how to make a deal - I knew I was at an old-school dealership.
Going into the dealership, I was a bit concerned because the adherence to COVID precautions was lax at best. Each sales person did have a plexiglass divider at their desk, but social distancing wasn't enforced and neither was mask-wearing. I saw many sales people remove their masks during my time inside, which made me uneasy.
After the formalities of insurance and license duplication, I was expecting to be able to take the car out by myself. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was told, "Due to COVID we are not letting people take vehicles out on their own." Not understanding the logic to that argument (two people from different households inside an enclosed vehicle is less safe than one person in a vehicle), I pressed them on the policy and it turns out they had someone drive off with a vehicle during a test drive recently so they're monitoring people more closely, but used COVID as their reasoning.
Not feeling especially comfortable, I asked the salesperson to sit in the back seat. I didn't feel like I was able to get a true sense of the vehicle on the 5-minute test loop we took, but I was still interested in the car. That night I went home to do some further research and found that their website was advertising the vehicle incorrectly. Listed as the Prius Touring model, the vehicle on their lot was actually a Prius Four, as it didn't have the factory fog lamps, 17" wheels, rear bumper detail, or touring suspension. I told the salesperson that it was falsely advertised and priced higher than it should be.
Once I came back to have my vehicle appraised, I reiterated the fact that the trim level was misrepresented and expected that the price would be adjusted to reflect the vehicle on their lot. During the presentation of their offer, however, there was no adjustment to price. Their appraisal of my car was just about the KBB trade value, which was good, but I'd received appraisals for at least $1,000 more at other local dealerships.
Overall, the experience at Park Chrysler Jeep was that of a pretty traditional old-school dealership. Rather pushy salespeople, low COVID mitigation adherence, and ride-alongs during the test drive. I ended up purchasing at a different dealership where the experience was much lower-pressure and where they advertised at fair market prices (which I was still able to negotiate).

I was advised to go to Park Jeep, by Dustin, when I was looking for a newer Wrangler JL in April. I went, but really just to look around. I found one that caught my eye, not because it was orange, but the retractable roof! I bought it and the sales team was Great, Mr Rubey in finance, did phenomenal at getting me a great rate.
But as I drove it more and more there was just something that didn't feel right. I mentioned to the gentleman that referred me there that it didn't drive the same as my last JL, was it because it was a Rubicon. He said no that he fixes this all the time, this made me feel comfortable knowing that it would be taken care of. It drives PERFECT now!
Thank you Park Chrysler Jeep for all around outstanding service, I look forward to making the close to 60 mile trip to do future Jeep business with you.

I’m one of those people who gets a new vehicle every 2-3 years and some experiences with the car dealerships are good while others have been a nightmare.
