I had a great experience buying our new vehicle from this dealership. Kolleen and Grace were very helpful and the process was easier than I had expected.

Honestly, I feel like the biggest problem with this dealership is that they don't care about the customers. If you buy a used vehicle from them (no matter the price), they won't even fill the vehicle with gas. The prices are high (average to above average), and they don't come down a single cent. Some think this is a good thing (personally I do too), but when we spent nearly thirty thousand dollars in this dealership today on a used Jeep, the least they could do is fill it with gas. The salesman, despite being extremely polite and decent to work with, wasn't empowered to put the customer first. Completely astounded that they would lose a customer for life, rather than spend $30.00 to fill a tank up, I asked to speak with the manager. The sales manager came up to me, and said he would be completely satisfied if he lost a sale. I honestly don't understand how the owners would approve of this at all? That is $30,000.00 in (used sales) revenue, that they would be okay with losing due to a ~$30 tank of gas. They didn't care a bit about making the customer feel important, satisfied, or simply showing some respect. All we were was a dollar sign to the salesmen, and the manager didn't care if we gave him our business or not (his words). The funny thing is that I actually spent nearly a full tank of gas to come and check out the Jeep and to get home. If it wasn't for spending nearly 3 hours in their shop & needing a vehicle immediately, I would have gladly taken my business to a dealership that cared about me.

I found what I was looking for there. Thank you, Dane, for a wonderful buying experience. So many good looking vehicles - too bad I could afford only one.

Had a great experience. After spending all day searching for vehicles for our daughter we met Haiying at Park Jeep. She was amazing! Very kind and helpful. Not pushy at all! Ended up with a vehicle that we had never thought about. Her follow through was not overbearing. Highly recommend her and Park Jeep!

Went in and meet Craig Schroeder. My wife and I was very impressed on the knowledge and customer service that we received from Craig. He is definitely the guy to talk to about getting a vehicle. We love the new Wrangler.

I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited back in January. To date I have spent a little over $5k making repairs on the vehicle. Honestly, the car shouldn't have even been sold in the condition I drove it home in but I didn't find out these things till about a week later. They did pay for $3500 but it took weeks to get them to do anything. I missed work, family events, and functions with my friends. The vehicle literally couldn't be driven for the first two weeks I had it in my possession. They didn't care and made as little effort as possible. In the end I sold the vehicle and bought something $12k more expensive. I even tried to give this dealership the first crack at making it right with me. I even told them I was willing to spend more money in order to get out of the pile they sold me and was willing to work with them. In the end they just ignored me. I've never seen a company actually turn down money and I still have no idea why they took this action. If you are thinking about going with these guys to buy a Jeep or really any vehicle. I would strongly advise against it. Whatever they tell you is just to get the sale out the door and will give you as much run around as humanly possible. My family owns a utility company and we have a little over 100 vehicles in our fleet. Mostly Chevy and Ford but I wanted my first Jeep so I went out on my own. I strongly regret going with this dealership. We actually do a little business around the Minneapolis area and I have notified all of our guys to stay away from this place. I'm honestly not sure how they have such a high rating. Their sales team, customer service, and repair shop all seem highly incompetent. It's your money and you should do what you want with it. However, if you are reading this you have been warned.

Craig Schroeder, our salesman was a friendly, thorough, no pressure human being! He was very thorough in showing us the vehicles capabilities and special features. He went through the trade-in purchasing process and the transaction went extremely smooth from beginning to end! This dealership we title as a "Family feel friendly", car sales team. They were all very welcoming when we walked in the door, and full of smiles! Thank you Park Jeep, we will be back Craig Schroeder and Barry!!

Mark the salesperson and Pete the service person were very helpful. Mark found me the perfect vehicle that fit my budget. Pete was able to get my vehicle serviced for the warranty and rustproofed my vehicle within 24 hours despite the service department being totally booked up. Thanks so much. I love my new Jeep!!!!

Was said one price an then another was walking out the door finally came down to ware my niece could afford wat she wanted but we left, if the salesman would of said 200 instead screwing around an wasting our time , she would of bought it, but didn't want to waste any more time so we left. An the "let me talk to the mgr" b.s. didn't help. Better training would help I guess. All good

Great service and friendly. I had oil changed, tire's rotated and service work on engine. The price for engine work was a little high, but they stand behind their work. It was 14 degrees above zero but their complementary car wash was closed for cold weather. They say if below 20 degrees, it's closed. Other dealers cars wash are open at that temperature.

When I go to a dealership, I go to buy a car and not be sold a car. Scotty was more interested in making sure I knew exactly what I was getting to ensure I'd be completely satisfied with my purchase. Mission accomplished, Scotty! I've been buying Jeeps at Park for nearly 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I will always come back.

Grace Camarillo is one of the best finance managers I've worked with - period. She is very knowledgeable, practical, and does everything in her power to get you into the vehicle you want at a price you can afford. I can't say enough great things about her, Park has itself a gem. Overall the car buying experience was good. I knew what I was looking for and how much I could pay, and Grace/Robert got me into an awesome Jeep Latitude. Thanks again, I'll be buying my next car through Park Jeep!

This is honestly a big scam factory listen closely and they will say anything to get a sale and make you feel good. I can promise you once you step out that door that friendly relationship you had with the salesman disappears very fast. Once we signed those papers the sales persons attitude turned to one that didn't care and we hadn't even left yet. Speaking with management the whole office has a similar vibe. If you have to deal with Chrysler don't do it here.

Worked with them via email for a week and ended up test driving one of their Jeeps. Awesome selection and awesome staff who helped me all the way through my shopping process. I did not end up buying a vehicle through them but was the most impressed with their customer service skills during my shopping process. I know I will be reaching out to them again when I shop for my next vehicle. Shout out to Brad and Pete-- Very easy to work with if you looking for a new vehicle.

They will try to scam you for parts you don’t need to replace. The guy I got on the phone, Adam, rambled on about how I need tie rod ends and sleeves because the existing ones on my wrangler (only 28k miles) were ‘dirty’. (???). Tried charging me $200+ For 20 dollar parts. I said “no”. I won’t be going back. Edit: found out the parts they were trying to sell me were because they broke them while doing an alignment. So they replaced them anyway with no cost. Had I not pushed back I would be out over 400 dollars. Do not trust this dishonest dealership...
