I walked onto the lot with the intention of just looking, but I found a vehicle I fell in love with and Cameron Coffey helped me out tremendously. I wasn’t pressured, everything felt natural. He also made sure that we were comfortable during the whole buying process and got help on things he wasn’t sure of instead of acting like he did. He was fairly new but he knew the true meaning of good customer service! Would definitely recommend someone to come work with you all.
Only thing was that it was incredibly busy, but it was also a Saturday morning. Other than that, it was a great experience.

This was by far the easiest and least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. Ryan Walters went over every option the car had prior to our test drive and has followed up to make sure we don’t have any additional questions. The finance department was fantastic. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend them and will go back when we need vehicles in the future.

Kolleen and staff rock. Recently bought a Certified Used Jeep Compass for my daughter. Very low miles and excellent condition at a fair price. Kolleen stayed after closing to walk my daughter through all of the car’s functionality.
But what impressed me most was how they treated me and my daughter after the purchase was done. I noticed swirls and scratches that I hadn’t seen prior to purchase, so they asked me to bring it back in to make it right, which included a 2 step detail process that made the car look brand new. See pic - it’s immaculate. I truly felt like they wanted to make me feel valued - they’re honest and good people. My first experience with this dealer and highly recommend.

To go into further detail;
I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler (Not from them) that still was under factory warranty.
I was out driving one day and after getting home I realized that my passenger door locked had completely fallen out of the door and was missing. (Noting that I had never touched the door or modified it in any way).
I figured "hey it's still under warranty, I'll call the dealership." I called this dealership and explained what happened and if it was covered under warranty and they told me flat out "No" and I asked why and they told me that they had to have a part to send back that's faulty. Excuse me?!?! It fell out BECAUSE it was faulty. I politely told them that I can't bring the bring pieces because that's the problem. Then the guy on the phone said and I quote " well if it fell out, you did something to it and it's your fault."
I was furious, not only did they not offer to even look at it before telling me it wasn't covered but they told me it was my fault.
I immediately hung up and called the Bloomington Jeep dealership and they not only fixed the door lock but also fixed my transmission that they noticed had an issue all under warranty FOR FREE!! And they got it done a day early.
Moral of the story is these guys are a joke.

Staff was nice and prices where great.
When I purchased my vehicle, there were some costly issues. The sales manager Jon, took great care of me and fixed the issue.
I would give my review a 5 star for how they accepted the issue and corrected the problem. But the repair took a long time, as it was almost weeks to get my car back after purchase.

My aunt came in and bought the Jeep of her dreams. This would seem like a good thing however, she bawled her eyes out when she got home. She told my mom that she felt so overwhelmed and pressured into buying that she made the purchase knowing full well that she wasn't going to be able to afford the monthly payments. She is such a sweet woman that was taken advantage of.

Called about a used Mazda, spoke with salesman Steve Carpenter (recommend working with steve!) I got my own financing as I was from out of state. The car was already at a great price, I asked if there would be a little room to negotiate and threw a slightly smaller price his way. He came back with a bottom dollar offer that was slightly lower so we took it! No BS, not pushy, and communication was on point.
I told them in advance I would be declining any extended warranties,etc.. and when I got there they offered it once, I declined and that was that. Not pushy, not trying to push me anymore into any other services, which is exactly how I like it. I made it clear how i wanted the transaction to go and it went that way. The vehicle was as described.
100 percent recommend these guys. Super nice, quick and efficient. Honestly aside from a private party deal (because it doesnt go easier than that) this was easily the smoothest, friendliest and easiest buy I've ever had at a dealership

So my experience at this dealer wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't all there fault either and I feel like my last comment was a bit mean to say. The staff there did everything they could do to work with me and Abby did everything she could to find the jeep I wanted and her knowledge of jeeps was outstanding. In short I feel like I was harsh on my comment and I owe the dealer and Abby an apology for my rude comment. I would go back to this dealer and i would definitely work with Abby again thank you and sorry.

I called park jeep and spoke to a salesman I explained my whole situation to him that i was ina fixed Social Security Disability income of $2000 a month and because I had a couple of bad accounts on my credit 7 years ago abd have not taken out credit since. i told him that I was concerned about wasting my and the dealerships time if they did not have options for me. He suggested that i fill out an application and finance would look at it for me. The next day I received an email and voicemail from salesman stating that great news they had multiple options for me.
So yesterday I called and asked for an appointment I was greeted by Abby she was very kind and i explained I took a Lyft ride here AND my situation again and that i was open to vehicle she suggested a used compass that I took for a test drive loved it alot and said i would be overly happy with it. She went into sales office and came back with my application and payment terms. I explained to her I had no debt no housing costs and that payment would work good for me. Signed some paperwork and she said she would get it to finance. As ahe was doing this another customer came in and she started talking to them she went on a test drive with them and I was approached by a finance person that explained he would work on it and was concerned about my income I explained if this vehicle didnt work I would take another cheaper car even as low as 8000 . during time period of 3 hours i never talked to Abby again she even multiple times walked right through the doorway and said nothing after being at the dealership for a total of 5 hours I went to finance and he said he was still working on it. I explained i took a Lyft here and I was going to go back home. He said that he would be calling me as he heard and uodate me I waited til 745 last night and left message wi th finance manager asking for a call text or email back either way. I emailed Abby and asked her to check and please call or email me. Have not heard a word from them at all. VERY BAD experience. I was so honest and patient and ignored for no reason. In Spent $60 on lyft ride only because I was told everyrhing was good and because of my disability income i am not good enough for the. Please dont treat the next person like I was treated.
In regards to there response to the review I placed i have.no reason to lie about what happened during my business. The business office did nothing wrong except cover for my salesman. Abby did not once come and talk to like i posted i tracked her down in the parking lot and I did approach her and i told her i was leaving.. Of course i was excited when i received info that i had alot of options to nothing which is fine. Abby could have just taken a little time to explain to me which 100 percent did not happen if she did i would not have waited there for 5 hours. Not have the business office do it.. If i could review the business office it ltself I would have said reviewed them alot they did what they could and I thank them for that. B

I highly recommend going through Park Jeep & specifically Jay Diggs. He was a wonderful help, felt like family & answered any questions I had. He went above & beyond with customer service & is a pleasure to be around. I felt taken care of by all of the staff too as they helped with getting my car. The dealership itself had a good vibe to it & everyone was in good spirits. Jay made sure I had everything I wanted for my Jeep & walked me through the whole process as did the other associates there. I was told of options and I decided what I did or did not want, they did not second guess the sections I had made!
My sales person, Amy was s pleasure to work with! Down to earth, real person! I kept her there well after her leaving time! Amy hooked up my phone for me, showed me features on the vehicle before I left.
Well I left then realized I didn't know where to go! I pulled over and tried setting the navigation system, pretty soon Amy was at my window! She hopped in and helped me out!!!

I was advised to go to Park Jeep, by Dustin, when I was looking for a newer Wrangler JL in April. I went, but really just to look around. I found one that caught my eye, not because it was orange, but the retractable roof! I bought it and the sales team was Great, Mr Rubey in finance, did phenomenal at getting me a great rate.
But as I drove it more and more there was just something that didn't feel right. I mentioned to the gentleman that referred me there that it didn't drive the same as my last JL, was it because it was a Rubicon. He said no that he fixes this all the time, this made me feel comfortable knowing that it would be taken care of. It drives PERFECT now!
Thank you Park Chrysler Jeep for all around outstanding service, I look forward to making the close to 60 mile trip to do future Jeep business with you.
