The most seamless vehicle rental I've ever experienced. Great van, clean, owner provided great customer service, I was actually shocked at how easy and relaxed, yet totally professional Knights were to work with. Pleasingly so. I would highly recommend and will be using again that's for sure. Not need for the bigger companies when an independent offers such brilliant service.

Easy online booking easy pickup. And returning is where they went above and beyond, I arrived early thinking they opened at 7.30am I needed my car and continue to work. I made 1 phonecall and was able to return van collect car and get to work on time

Over the last 5 years we have used Knight Van Hire on several occasions. We have never been disappointed. When you hire a van what as a customer do you want? We wanted advice, to be given genuine options as to the most suitable vehicle for our purposes and transparency as to cost and risk. Knight Van Hire provided all of this. This is a professionally run operation that gives the customer the confidence to know that they are getting what they paid for. In fact in our last hire we had an upgrade for the same price. Fantastic service, I called on the Friday as needed a van for the week at short notice. Charlie arranged one without any problems. Even after finding out on the Monday morning the driver had 9 points which I was unaware of he was able to make a quick phone call and everything was sorted - the driver was insured and able to get on with his day. Keep up the great work!

Knights genuinely have the best van hire service within the region. They have a regularly updated fleet, always well maintained and VERY clean. The service is spot on too. You'd expect all of this to come with expensive rates, but no, they are also very competitively priced.

The service I received from Knights Van Hire was absolutely fantastic, I can't compliment Charlie highly enough. He was friendly, helpful and was a pleasure to deal with.
The cost of the hire was competitive and clear, there were no hidden charges. The van (a Luton van) was just what I needed and the help provided to understand how the tail-lift worked was really clear.
If I ever need a van again, Knights Van Hire will be the only place I will go.

Excellent value for money and no hidden costs. Charlie was relaxed, friendly and efficient, making the vehicle hire a pleasant experience. He gave me plenty of time to check over the Mercedes van which was spotless, smooth and in perfect condition. The two side doors made life much easier, as did the free use of webbing ratchet straps. We didn't use the free onsight parking but it is a good option to have. Given the variety of vehicles available, I will use this company again.

Needed a van for the weekend to help with moving my other half in.
We went for the large style, which was a Mercedes Sprinter. Van was clean, tidy and all in perfect condition. Drove well. and had all the driving aids you could need inc bluetooth, trip computer, charging points etc. Everything was included in the price and no hidden extras or anything like that (like the main rental places do!)
The staff were all very friendly and helped us out with all our questions before we decided to go ahead. The experience with these guys was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend knights to anyone. Worlds better than Enterprise and the mainstream guys who just rip you off the moment you walk in the door!(speaking from experience!)

Used Knights for my home move recently. No problems at all. Reliable, simple and reasonable priced. No hidden charges. Van sparkling clean and well looked after. They also hire have vans with auto box ( not easy to find one, believe me I looked and searched for weeks ). Excellent, friendly customer service ( thank you Charlie ). Definitely recommend and will use Knights again. 5* all round.

Their prices are competitive and their customer service fantastic. The van itself (LWB) was spot on and easy to drive for a novice.

After being let down by several companies in the local area, I am glad I came across Knights Van Hire on google. Extremely friendly service and great communication. Really pleased with the clean and smooth running Luton van they provided me at such short notice and I was able to extend the period I had it on the phone without any hassle. Their prices are extremely competitive and they gave me a discount on the extended time. Would recommend to anyone of my friends and family.

We’ve been using Knights Van Hire for more than a year now, regularly renting a van to service our clients in London. The vans are always sparkly clean and in very good condition.
Both Charlie and Mark are super helpful and the service is always professional and friendly.

Firstly, I would love to thank Knights Van Hire for such a speedy handover!
I called them at 3.30pm... 4pm I was away with the exact van size I needed and at such a great price. Not only this but was round the corner from where I live so even more convenient.
Charlie is a very professional business person and takes great pride and care with his products, at the same time tries his best to go the extra mile for his customers as witnessed by myself.

Excellent friendly service.To the point where i was stuck in a really bad crash on the m25 and they phoned me up and said i could keep the van the next day until 2pm ,at no extra charge as it was not booked out till then.
Who could compete with that kind of service.
