Very nice car but after service at my local Ford dealer,I was faced with a bill of£840 ,not including service,after 3500 miles.
Only partly covered by warranty insurance,no advisories on previous mots and service records.
Any previous statements or reviews by me were only my opinion and not fact.

Brilliant dealership. Very relaxed atmosphere and the folks who work there are not pushy, they let you make the decisions and don't force you into anything. Conveniently located near the M1 to boot as well as the A50 and other B roads to other parts of Leicestershire and even Derbyshire.

Just purchased a jeep from shepherd Ford and the two gentlemen I dealt with were polite and treated me farily both Simon who I saw when I first made contact and Jimmy when i went to collect the car.The very minor fault on the door trim which I had pointed out when i first saw the car had been put right to my satisfaction,they also did the tax for me so I was able to drive away .As I had driven 51 miles to look at and then to pick it up I appreciated the service I received and would recommend this garage and it's personel most highly
