Very helpful service both on the telephone when booking (an MOT and full service) and in person when I came in to drop off the car. Work was completed very quickly and my car was left spotless when I picked it up. This is the second time that I have used them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Clearly explained the logic and importance of the MOT. They were not pushy. Upon arrival at 8am, the workshop was opened and ready to serve.

I am fortunate enough to work next door to The Garage. I drive a very old car that is fast approaching the end of its life and if it wasn't for my neighbours, it should surely have died! Barely a month passes without me knocking on their door with some problem or other. They are incredibly busy, but always find time to sort my old car out so I can drive home that evening. The added bonuses are that Geoff and his team are lovely guys and you will never, ever be overcharged.

Lovely, helpful guys! I scratched my car and he polished most of the damage away then ordered specific paint, called me 2 days later and fixed it up for me.

Amazing customer service and very reasonably priced. X4 brake discs and pads + x2 tyres + MOT done in 24hrs. Car professionally cleaned- never looked so good. Even the floor mats were wrapped in plastic covers!!

Yesterday was my first time using the Garage (West London Auto Centre) for changing the front tyres, adding oil and a general check up of my car. All the team was very professional, efficient and extremely helpful. I have been looking for a reliable garage in West London for reasonable prices for a while and will definitely be coming back to them again as they are by far the best service I've experienced. The Garage have been looking after and saving my car for about five years now. Paul is always so patient with my last minute phone calls asking to fit the car in as quickly as possible and the guys always do a really great job nursing it through MOTs and services. Quite simply, they are brilliant.

This was the first time I used West London Auto Centre. Paul who I dealt with was friendly and effiicient. Calling up to confirm what needed to be done and the car was ready the same morning. A surprise was that the car had been cleaned. The price was very good. Definitely will be returning.

My boyfriend took his BMW Z4 here for a scheduled service and MOT. Unfortunately a number of issues came up with the car, including cracked alloys and needing new brakes and discs. Fortunately the team at the Garage were able to do a great job and get the car all fixed up within 48hrs, and at a much better price than you'd get from a main dealer!!

I took the car here to have a rear sidelight and cigarette lighter fuse replaced. They promptly did both parts and labour for free in exchange for a positive review. So here it is! I recommend them for excellent customer service, while the children were delighted with the waiting area, what with a generous bowl of sweets and a TV. I will definitely return.

A fantastic family run business that reminds you about the personal touch in service that just doesn't exist with the bigger chains.
The garage takes pride in look, feel and service. A sort of Hard Rock cafe look with a consistent flow of porsches driving in and out.
I took my Mercedes CL for tire changes and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who runs the show with passion and integrity.
This is the first place in a very long time where you can feel comfortable that the prices and necessary required work on your car are advised honestly and pragmatically.
A brilliant service in whole and a pleasure to write this review to encourage others to use this auto centre.

Team who genuinely care about customer satisfaction and all at a much more competitive price than i've paid at similarly professional garages in and around central London. Will start using as my go-to garage of choice from now on.

I was booked into West London Auto Centre for a set of 4 new tyres today. What can I say, I was absolutely delighted with the welcoming received from the team the minute I arrived, was advised the time frame it may take to have the new tyres put on was offered tea/coffee and shown to the waiting area. I was given the information to what will be best to inflate the tyres with (nitrogen) and how to maintain them.
Thank you team for making my experience so pleasant, for sure this is the one and only garage for me.

I took my car for a MOT and said I knew one tyre needed changing. They checked all the tyres quickly, dicovered two needed replacing, and were able to get them the same day, so there was no delay. Iam very dependant on my car being unable to walk far, and Lorraine very kindly ran me back home so I didn't need to walk. They also took the time to wash and clean the car inside and out. I was very impressed with the service and will continue to use and recommend The Garage.
