First visit today and super impressed with these guys. It's an immaculate shop and it's clear they have a real focus on customer care and clever marketing. I also felt confident they WON'T rip me off or find unnecessary things that need fixing, which can't be said for all mechanics of course! Will certain be going back next time I need something done,

We got out headlight bulb replaced here and it was a quick fix. We found the garage to be a hidden gem and also it was recommended by a friend. The owner who helped us seems honest and genuine. We would be revisiting again for other service.

Fantastic service, got it booked in really quickly and easily, was ready by lunch time and hadn't expected this at all but they valeted the car inside and out. So either every service I've had in the past has been really basic or these guys go that extra mile. Even found charging cables I thought I'd lost! Friendly helpful staff and the facilities are really nice too, convenient location for me to do will definitely be using them again. PS was expecting it to be extortionate pricing, really wasn't at all, very reasonable. I'd like to say something negative so this doens't look like a paid for gush experience but really can't think of anything bad to say. Sorry, great all round.

Great service from Fab and his team. I brought my VW golf in for a 30k oil service and they gave it back to me looking like it had been on a showroom forecourt, gleaming inside and out. I've had some rubbish customer service from main VW dealers and local garages of late, thank goodness I've finally found somewhere to go which is a pleasure to deal with.

The guys even added some nice little extras that weren't included on the bill. The place is worth a visit just to check out the retro racing prints on the walls. Happy customer and happy car.

What a diamond in the crown, such a historic place with charm and character. Geoff the owner well what can I say, went way beyond my expectations. I bought one of his personal vehicles the car was everything and more. Paperwork galory, new mot cleaned no hidden surprises. He sent out one of his team to pick me up from the tube station you don't get that level of service and have never got it from anywhere. It's a shame I live so far away to make this my local garage but would recommend from the way I was treated and how busy it was so early on a Saturday. Thank you Geoff for entrusting me with what was clearly a speacil car to you.

Great service today in getting a first-time MOT done on same day basis. . I needed this for my Mercedes by Saturday 28th March but impossible through a Mercedes garage. This could have been a major issue for me as the Government suspension of MOTs applied from 30th March. It didn't apply in my case. Handled professionally, punctually and in a very friendly way..

I left the car there and after a mechanics dediagnosis I got a phone call with the price and the time it would take to fix the car. I clearly asked if it would be fixed and they said yes. Unfortunately they didn't manage to fix the car due to other problems they said they didn't expect to find and to fix it wasn't viable due to the price. After complaining I managed to get some of my money back but unfortunately the car wasn't fixed properly.

It is said there are three great questions in life.
Is there a god? Is there life after death? And how do you find a good garage?
You may answer the first two for yourselves but, if you live around these parts, the answer to the third is go to the North End Road in W14 and take a turn into Bramber Road where you’ll see an old tram depot painted in an eye-catching shade of yellow with a spotless and obviously well-organised interior that looks for all the world like a mid-century auto-themed American diner. You half expect to see mechanics on roller skates serving up a helping of carburettors and spanners rather than burgers and fries.
It’s been amiably and efficiently run (and staffed) for donkey’s years by people who actually seem to like cars and prospers not only by doing a very decent job but also by going the extra mile to secure repeat business. As they say, “we hope to see you again – but not too soon”. It’s not a bad philosophy and it clearly keeps the place busy.
Accordingly, I’ve used the place a few times and on the last occasion, after some poltroon had the temerity to scratch my weirdly immaculate and memorably green four-wheeled friend before driving off, they performed a temporary touch-up until I could track down the culprit and get him or her to cough-up for a proper re-spray of the desecrated rear panel. When I offered, nay begged, to pay for this touch-up, I had to leave the premises without doing so before further insistence caused offence.
It's a bit of a find is this place and well recommended.

They looked after our 14 year old Sports Mini like a charm, and will be looking after our new car too. Staff are friendly and helpful, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just had two tyres fitted by West London - the service was amazing - so much so I've decided to get my car MOTed and serviced there instead of the garage I've used for over 20 year. Booked in for next week - cheers guys (and girl!)
If you live in Fulham, Chelsea, West Ken or Hammersmith I dont see why you'd wanna go anywhere else.
My Cayenne has now had a full service and MOT - they identified an issue with the drive shaft. Had this replaced today and the car drives like new again. Cheers guys!

Brother's Range Rover central locking activated and locked my only key inside while I was attempting a jump start. Even had my house keys and wallet inside. Geoff was round in 20 minutes, opened the car and jump started it. Quite a relieft! Fixed my Audi's oil seepage and serviced over the weekend for good measure.

Took my car for service at The Garage last week. This was my first ever experience there and it would be difficult to find a more pleasant stress-free experience than this. They called me during the day to update me on what the status of the service and the car was ready AND washed at 3pm. A place, I feel, that cares as much about my car as I do. I have had a few things done by West London Auto Centre in the last month: MOT; alloys refurbished; roof reconditioned (soft-top); tyres replaced, brake pads and discs replaced. All of this work has been first class and fairly priced. All of the team there were hugely helpful, informative and professional. My options were carefully laid out for me, without a sales agenda, and the communications during the work period were very clear. I felt that the advice I was given was practical and designed to build a longer term garage/customer relationship. Honestly, a refreshing new approach from people who love cars. They came highly recommended to me by a serious, car-aware driver and I would highly recommend them too.

I have visited this garage for a very first time today.
I arrived stressed as I was late for my appointment, but instead of being reminded of my late arrival, I was reassured it was all great.
My appointment was for two tyres fitting, but I have asked if they could kindly replace all my wiper blades as well which I've purchased beforehand.
All was done in promised half hour. Further more they refused to charge me for wiper blades change. And believe me, I have tried to pay. This does not happen anywhere!!!

My 993's battery was dead about 10' away from The Garage, I called to ask if I could get help, they kindly offered to lend me their jump box which did the trick instantly. Brought it back to them and wasn't charged for using it.

My new car was scratched by a driver in Tesco car park who did not leave any note on my windscreen .I went to The Garage in Bromberg Road W14, and saw Geoff. He could not have been more helpful to a distraught owner!!
He has fixed the scratch and i am thrilled with the result- i have just picked up the car and he has even vacuumed the inside it looks new again.

But No; I was treated magnificently, and by Thursday lunchtime I was able to pick up the car again after it too had been treated magnificently... a re-born teenager (the car, not me!). Outstanding, So much more than 5* service. This is by far the very best service I have ever received. So helpful, thorough and most importantly "Genuine". I felt that I was important and that they were actually proud of the car I decided to purchase from them. Geoff and his team went over and above and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and again. I would also be more than happy to recomend them to friends and family for any of their motoring needs.
It's the little touches that make all the difference and here, there are so many of them. From the intial contact, viewing the car out of hours, the pictures and texts keeping me very well informed, right down to the way the car was presented to me, upon collection. I can only emplore you to support a business like this, as they are few and far between in todays society. Staying true to a well thought out and comprehensive business statement and work ethic. After speaking to Geoff over the phone about some damage done to my car, I drove round and got a quote within 20 minutes. We then agreed a date and I had my car returned only 48hrs later. Considering I handed it to them damaged and in quite a foul muddy state, it was returned to me looking cleaner and more polished than ever - and of course fully repaired! Super friendly, very efficient and a very nice team to do business with, highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I have taking my car to West London Auto for the past 6 years. I cannot recommend this professional garage enough. I haven't a clue about mechanics so it is important that I take my car to a place that I trust. I always feel confident that my car is looked after properly. I never feel that I have been overcharged, or that unnecessary work has been carried out. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful they always remember there customers!

Recently my parked car was clipped by a passing vehicle which left scratches on the paintwork. I visited The Garage (West London Auto Centre) yesterday morning and was greeted with warm, kind smiles right from the reception to the workshop and received a wonderful service by Mr Geoff Pearson; who went out of his way to not only help me with my car but provided an excellent learning opportunity - by both allowing me to observe the work he was conducting, whilst providing some useful information and advice on the car at the same time. I was so pleased with the customer service that I couldn't recommend them enough! I was even provided with free touch up paints, which the dealership which I bought the car from promised but had never delivered. Overall I was very pleased especially as this was the first time visiting The Garage and I can honestly say I was very impressed!
If you would like to feel welcomed and receive wonderful customer service on your car by kind professional individuals - then I wholeheartedly recommend The Garage to you!
