Exceptionally good garage. Been there a couple times and both times Geoff and team have been very helpful and efficient. In one case they sorted some minor repairs in 10 mins for free when others had quote a few hundred pounds. Would definitely recommend them!

Whether the problem is a big or small one, they always sort it out quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. The best garage. They LOVE cars and treat cars as one treats a precious child. Their interest is in their joy of keeping your car as perfect and safe as possible at a very reasonable fee. They treasure their customers and respect the cars. This garage from receptionist to the apprentice and all in between is like an extension of my family. Kind and courteous at all times. I am so happy that my friend referred me to them over 5 years ago. I have no intention of searching for another garage and will remain with them for as long as they continue as they are. Thanks so much for looking after my car so well.

I moved to Barons Court and had to leave the wonderful garage specialising in Mercedes that I had used for 20 years as it was too far to travel to. I was worried that I could never find another place as good. But I found The West London Auto Centre and it is even better than my previous place in many ways. Everyone is efficient, courteous and highly skilled. The quality of the work was excellent and the car was returned to me sparkling clean. I feel fortunate to have found this place.

As a woman I am always a bit apprehensive about ‘garages’ and usually can’t wait to get out of them but I was extremely impressed with this place, especially with how clean and tidy it was. The waiting area was actually a pleasant place to sit (unlike a lot of other garage waiting rooms which are often so dirty you don’t even want to sit down!!) Fabrizio (the manager) is really friendly and professional and the whole place is extremely organised. Today I returned with my car for an MOT and two new tyres. Again I was totally impressed with the service and professionalism of all the staff. I would definitely recommend this garage and would like to give ten out of ten to whoever keeps the waiting room clean, tidy and topped up with a variety of interesting magazines - and not just men’s magazines!!

I have been using this garage for nearly 8 years and each and every time service has been with a smile. They are very quick to diagnose the faults and usually have the car turned around in a day with full communication throughout. Ahh what can I say but praise for Geoff and his team over at the garage! I went there in a panic after my bumber got damaged - but Geoff really went above and beyond to ensure I drove out same day with the car looking as good if not even better than it did before the damage. I also have to add that the previous garage I went to quoted me £500 for a new bumper (despite it being a £800 car) and told me I'd have to wait a week for parts..Geoff however managed to get my car in tip top shape in less than half an hour.
Thank you Geoff for saving me time, money and stress!

This is the second time I have visited this garage without appointment and they have treated me like a well known and valued customer, The staff are exceptionally pleasant and the manager/owner extremely concerned that you are taken care of and your car leaves his garage in a road-worthy state. It was my first time servicing a car so was absolutely clueless about what needs doing. Fab at the front desk was amazing, he was patient and went through details and gave his recommendations without being pushy, which was great. Overall price was reasonable, location was fantastic, and most importantly their service was that comprehensive that they actually took the car for a deep clean inside and out and even helpfully removed a stubborn windscreen sticker from a music festival that I struggled with despite great lengths! Definitely would return for second service and would recommend to others!

Family holiday saved - thanks guys!
Never wrote a review before, but the family X5 always goes to The Garage when in the UK, and the guys take the best care of it. Recently I tried to get our new bicycle rack on the tow bar the night before driving to Holland for the family holiday. Turned out there was an issue with the tow bar, so only one hour before needing to leave I turned up without an appointment as The Garage opened. The guys took care of the car with priority and saved our holiday, we made the channel tunnel train just in time.

Very disorganised. I booked an appointment, and when I got there they didn't even know I was coming. The responsible complained also that what was booked was not what the actual job was. They offered to do the job anyway, but it was very unpleasant to be blamed for their mistakes.
To the response, it doesn't surprise me that you don't have me in you system. You used a pen and a diary to register my booking, which is also the reason why I found the garage unprepared when I came in, and decide to leave.

Contacted them on two separate occasions to bring my car in - they ponder on the phone and check whether they have a space in the diary. Before they commit to booking you in they then ask what the issue is with your car which is completely understandable. However as soon as they realise it is a small/minor job, all of a sudden they are fully booked for the next few days as they clearly do not want the hassle.

The centre is warm and welcoming and having visited twice, their customer service is second to none. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help repair 2 of my tyres in under 45 minutes of arriving. The garage is uniquely decorated with fascinating memorabilia and has a lovely reception area to sit, read the paper or watch TV while you're waiting.
They offered me helpful advice regarding my car and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote to fix some damage on another company car (I had received a quote from another place at over twice the cost). Their wealth of experience can be seen through their professionalism and customer service.
I have already recommended them to my friends and family and I would certainly go to them again in the future.

This garage is absolutely brilliant. My car had a very difficult problem to resolve in that it was not obvious what was causing it. The Garage were very persistent until they finally worked out what it was. They always explained everything to me and always checked with me before incurring any charges. Been there for my motorbike (Honda CBR 600). The mechanic, Lauris, is one of the best motorbike mechanic ever met, and definitely the best I know in London's area, so I'm using it even if I live in the opposite area of London. Besides being honest and fair with the price, Lauris is knowledgeable, passionate about motors, and even keen to help for free over the phone. Not sure what to ask more from a mechanic, on Yell he got 100% 5 stars over 50 feedbacks, in my experience it's fully deseverved.
