Excellent food, good service but it lacks ambience; I don't know what Palm Court is missing but it just doesn't feel inviting; at least it doesn't have the charm of The Wigmore.

Lovely tea but very muddled service. The staff couldn't quite understand what a vegetarian was, but once my friend had spat out her sandwiches the scones were superb.

ピアノの生演奏が流れる中のアフタヌーンティー。サービスも良く、雰囲気も素敵でとっても優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。サンドイッチがすごく美味しくて、お代わりしたかったけどその後のことを考えて我慢。スイーツは(現地在住の友人は他の所に比べて甘さ控えめ、と言ってましたが)私にはちょっと甘過ぎて最後のスコーンがひとつしか食べられず…。スコーンはふわふわで美味しかったので、甘いものを控えてスコーンを堪能すれば良かったです。スイーツが甘過ぎたので-1ですが、これでも控えめな方らしいのでこれはもう好みの問題ですね。

완벽한 애프터눈티!! 귀국비행기타기 전 시간이 맞는 곳이 이곳밖에 없어서 선택했는데 입구부터 티룸 분위기, 티웨어 모두 우아하고 샌드위치와 패스트리들 모두 과하거나 특이하지 않고 훌륭한 맛!! 특히 살구와 크랜베리 들어간 터키 샌드위치는 너무 맛있어서 하나 더 달라고 했을 정도!! 연말이라 그런지 가족손님들이 많아 한층 훈훈한 분위기였어요. 영국에서 애프터눈티 큰맘먹고 한 번 제대로 경험하겠다, 그런데 릿츠는 자리가 없네? 할 때 선택하면 절대 후회네버입니다.

初めてアフターヌーンティーを経験しました。
HISのツアーに含まれていたので、当日の支払いはしませんでしたが、1番安いコースで45ポンドでした。
ドレスコードはありましたが、リュックサックで来ている人（白人の方でした、ドレスを着てリュックサックでした）もいました。
サービスはとても快適でサンドイッチもスコーンもスイーツも最高に美味しかったです。
サンドイッチとスコーンはお替り出来ました。（笑）
ただお替りしなくても、とても量が多いので後半のスイーツがキツくなりました。
紅茶もおいしく素晴らしい体験が出来ました。

Ich war jetzt schon paar Mal hier um den Afternoon Tea zu genießen. Ja, es ist tatsächlich ein Genuss hier zu sein, der wunderbar aufgemachte Raum und dann der perfekte Service dazu! Die Auswahl der Sandwiches war super und man konnte so viel schlemmen wie man wollte. Der Preis des Afternoon Teas ist sehr hoch, aber bei dem Angebot und Service ist das auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt.
Ich erinnere mich an einem Besuch, da war ein kleines Kind so begeistert vom Klavierspieler, dass es die ganze Zeit am Klavier stand. Der Klavierspieler hat dann ein paar Lieder und Melodien gespielt, die das Kind auch kannte, was total süß war! Das Ganze war so natürlich und schön, dass es den damaligen Besuch perfekt gemacht hat.
