Having recently visited the used car sales section at Sandicliffe Ford we were highly delighted with the whole customer service experience when buying our new car. A great showroom, both new & used cars, Motability specialists plus a Nissan service centre. I called into look at a specific vehicle, nothing was too much for the staff who gave as much help as you needed. I was able to test drive a Nissan X-Trail & hope to balance everything to place an order soon ????????

Wow, the service here was outstanding. I was only there for aftercare (recall). But I was treated with so much care. I was greated with a smile, I was early but still delt with. I was give a hot drink and food.
The place was clean and warm .
I'm really upset that I forgot the girls name who delt with me as she was amazing. I'm sure sandycliffe will be able to find this out. She was smartly dressed and was always smiling. Such kind service.

Brought my car in for software update and headlamp malfunction. I ended up being an hour early and they got my car looked at straight away. I was offered a comfortable seat and a drink while I waited. The ladies I spoke to were lovely, polite and welcoming, I highly recommend this Ford dealership in regards to car service and maintenance.

Customer service skills are appauling for some staff,
Where is the reading material for the vehicles?
Sitting around for 20 minutes with nothing to read or compare the vehicles. Staff cannot provide me with a brochure either.
Has the drinks machine been serviced in the last quarter?
Try sytner across the road much better customer service and set up.

Purchased a car friday , was ready for monday Jonathan Caldwell, kept me up to date with the car via personal videos and presentation through text! Did everything they could and didn't try and put you in a corner and explained things properly. Well happy and I would most certainly go back in the future and a family member is looking for next year!!!

Everything started well. The test drive was good and we got a good deal. But while getting the car it was not good anymore. We have been promissed to get a full valet but inside of the car was filthy and obviously not cleaned at all. Worst thing was that only at the end they told us that the car has one key. I said this is not acceptable and they said you can take back your car while I already paid £145 to tax the new car. Another major issue is that they said the car has only one keeper but when I received the Vlog it says that the car had 2 previous keepers!!
Edit: they contacted me and made me a new set of keys which is much appreciated. The problem with number of previous owners remains un-answered. I change my stars from 1 to 3.
