Recently bought a car from the used car section at sandicliffe. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. After having a bad experience purchasing a car from a different dealership I was a bit apprehensive about buying another expensive vehicle. With the help from dan rana he reassured me that a high level of service would be provided to me and that I would not have the same experience with sandicliffe. Dan was very understanding and went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect with the vehicle before I made my final decision, everything was straight forward and they tailored the right plan for me. Overall I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from the sandicliffe used car section. Thanks dan.

Truly disappointed! I've placed a reservation fee of £100 for vehicle that's for sale with Sandicliffe Nottingham on Tuesday 25th Aug 2020, and arrange to view then potentially buy the vehicle on the same Friday. However, today (Thurs 27th Aug) I've had a call saying the vehicle had JUST been checked by the mechanical and there were just too many faults for the vehicles to be sold, therefore told me it'll be send off to auction, after I've made all of the travel arrangement and cancelled other viewings as I'm genuinely interested in the vehicle. Therefore it is very disappointing Sandicliffe would list a used vehicle over £10,000 without checking it first and also have it as 'AA Approved', with such a late notice. Would not recommend

I went on Saturday morning driving from Manchester Daniel was ok as a sales man a bit abrupt for my me as I think it's the hight of bad manners to talk over a person when they are talking. The car is fine there are scratches on in but nothing I can not sort out . My only complaint is that the front parking sensors are fulty and are permanently on when useing. It would have been nice to have been told so for the 2 reasons I give you get 4 stars .

I’ve only given 1 star because I have to, extremely poor service, taken out an extended warranty on a used car and had nothing but issues when it comes Ford sandiclffe dealing with any problems I’ve had been told several times I will be given a call back and rarely does it happen! Been sold a warranty and there mechanics can’t even diagnose a simple issue with the car to the point I’ve been told I have to take to a Citroen dealer to fix the issue so surely you shouldn’t be selling a warranty on something you can’t fix! Avoid at all costs absolutely disgraceful aftercare!!!!!
After a few crossed wires I would like to update my review and say after the issues I have had with my car that are now being dealt with thanks to sales manager Richard, hopefully all staff could deal with situations the way that Richard has dealt with the problem! Thanks again Richard

I was looking for a car went to sandicliffe motors was looking around sales assistant came to ask if there was anything he could help me with no pushy sales banter he was very helpful bought a vehicle got a very good part exchange set up a warranty for me and helped me set up my phone etc and showed me all the gadgets etc when i picked it up yesterday so thanks philip sore sales assistant. I recently bought a car from Sandicliffe Used Cars Nottingham, Abbeyfield Rd. I had originally booked with someone but they were off ill.
Phillip Carrington covered the appointment and was absolutely brilliant. I explained my situation and he went out of his way to come up with a solution. I am now the proud owner of a car I can be confident in but also relieved that the mileage/PCP situation has been resolved.
He was so patient and accommodating and got the car ready on time and totally valeted as promised.
Early days for the car (sorry always sceptical ????) but THANK YOU PHIL!!

I went into sandicliffe today and traded in my car for a used car. Phil was extremely helpful and has the patience of a saint. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. Even though it was very busy I still felt like I was being looked after as priority. I went to see the car at 10am and drove it home at 12.30. Brilliant service and Phil is a credit to the sandicliffe site. 100% recommend.

I’ve just bought a car from them. Superb customer service from John Bell. Not pushy, very friendly and easy to deal with. Paperwork took a little while but only to be expected and John was overly apologetic about that even though it wasn’t his fault. I’d definitely buy a car from here again. Hopefully their coffee machine will be working next time though...very small whinge! Other than that Great service. Thank you. Very happy customer.
