First class customer service, making the process of trading in and purchasing a new vehicle completely stress free. Daniel was brilliant he listened to my questions and provided timely responses. I felt very valued as a customer. The collection day was fantastic, our new car was well prepared, all paperwork finalised, we simply parked up our trade in handed over our keys and jumped straight into our new car. The entire process was managed extremely well and in a covid secure way. I've bought many cars from Landrover, Mercedes and BMW, my experience with Sandicliffe Ford Nottingham was one of the best. Daniel, you were 100% right no car has made me smile more than my V8 Mustang.

Bought Ford kuga 17 plate, and I experienced an excellent professional service. The car was virtually as good as new despite being 3 years old. Car comes as if new, no marks to alloys, interior and exterior looked as good as new with no marks or issues of wear and tear. Everything in great working order. I did have one issue with the car involving the USB cable not working. However Sandicliffe sorted straight away and got me booked in to fix at no extra cost. All in all, an excellent service was provided.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai yesterday from used cars sandicliffe Nottingham. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I dealt with Daniel and he was great. He was polite, not pushy in the slightest and very helpful throughout the purchase. Can’t fault him or the car or the company as a whole. The condition of the car was immaculate and it was waiting outside for me with the heating on ready to drive away. If it was possible to give 6 stars out 5 then I would. Give that man a pay rise or make him CEO!

Today I collected my new car which I love! I was served by Dan throughout my whole experience. I was dreading the process as due to covid restrictions as I wasn't going to be able to view cars or test drive like I have done in the past. Dan made the whole thing stress free, he sent me videos of the vehicle, talked me through everything (as I have minimal knowledge of cars) i felt really at ease while making my decision. On collecting the car today it was in an immaculate condition, Dan was there and answered any further questions I had. Really happy with everything and the team were very efficient in working to the restrictions without it effecting the good service they provided me.

Excellent customer service from Daniel. Very polite and informative, had a lot of knowledge about cars. Very happy with the Toyota Aygo, it was very clean and Daniel kept me updated on the status of the car as it was going through the workshop before I took it away, and made a video to remind me of the car and it’s features. Massive thank you to Daniel and Lauren for making my first experience of buying a car such a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this dealership, all staff are very friendly and they are taking very good precautions (using gloves/masks and hand sanitiser available) to be able to sell cars safely and in-line with current safety guidelines due to Covid. Last week I purchased a car via click n collect via Dan at Sandicliffe abbey field road. I was nervous not being able to test drive the vehicle or sit inside it but Dan was extremely helpful and patient with me he sent me videos and multiple photographs answered all my queries quickly and was very efficient. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Usually the sales staff assume it's my husband doing the buying, and direct all questions to him, even if they've been told otherwise! Not the case at all here - all staff were extremely helpful and very efficient. Covid safety measures in place without feeling constrained. I was able to test drive a couple of cars at times to suit me - despite the team being very busy. That is great service - thank you.

We found the perfect car for us online and were able to book a test drive on the same day. 4 days later, we're proud and happy owners. Phil was easy going and not at all pushy, going through all the options available to us and suggesting which ones would be best for us and giving reasons why (and why not to in some cases). It's not easy buying and selling cars behind screens and face masks, but everything went really well. I'm not a frequent car buyer, but I will seriously consider Sandicliffe again next time.

A special mention must go to Daniel though for imparting his knowledge and video of the car to us and helping us make the decision to purchase without being able to attend the showroom. Danny guided us through the procedure curtiously and professionally. All steps to part exchanging our Fiesta to purchasing a newer Fiesta from Sandicliffe, explained and made easy. Happy with the car so far, it drives lovely and has many more features than the Fiesta (7 years old) that we traded in even though it is the same model (Ecoboost, Zetac) eg Sat Nav, Hill Start assist to name a couple.
The only slight dissapointment is that under Covid restrictions you loose out on bargaining. On getting our new car, for example, there were no Matts. Essential, I think, to protect, our newer shiny car. I have now brought some but if I had been given the opportunity to look around the vehicle would have negotiated for these. Not Sandicliffes or Danny's fault but sign of the times.
All in all happy with the service.
