Good communication with Daniel. My Audi A4 was delivered from Nottingham to London. Delivery costs also very reasonable. I then test drive the car and noticed a knocking and grinding noise which appeared to be the brakes/suspension. I Informed Daniel that this was a concern and wanted to send the car back, to which he replied “pay the agreed price for the car “ then take it to the garages . If there are issues trade car group will take care of things. I took the car to the Garages several days later for a check and the entire brakes needed changing. £600 bill . Called Daniel and he promised to keep his word and agreed to pay £200 towards the bill which I thought was very reasonably Of him. He has today kept to his promise and paid me £200.00. Good professional team with a good selection of motors .

Bought Van Few Years Ago Now Bought a Car few Weeks Ago. I would like to say when asked for advise they were very good. They let us choose, let us think and answered questions honestly. The car was absolutely as described they walked me around the car showed me the age related defects and explained the mechanical and known historical dealer callbacks they was aware of. Overall the cars been great the service was wonderful and the people were the best ever. I dont just reccomend as I went to other dealers that looked flush with their site and display but these guys you can trust I no that which Is why we now have 4 members of my household have bought a car from them. Go for it they the best.

We want to thank the guys here after the service we received was phenomenal, we were nervous inspecting the car we had liked and on such a low budget to find a decent motor was going disastrous with the pressure of lockdown and other dealerships speaking to us like we were dirt beneath there shoe. I was amazed at your knowledge, it made the purchase pleasant and at such an affordable price, positive and upbeat attitude made me feel like a king, honestly I can’t thank you enough. My friends and family are also shocked at the value for money as they have seen the car via FaceTime. I had dealt with this company for the first time and honestly I would recommend them. I want to thank you for the Yankee candle you left in the car also after you had overheard it was my birthday, we love the motor and hope to come back in the future for a part exchange if possible. Hi. Bought a Toyota Just over a Week Ago Great Car Drives Exceptionally Well and was Well Under the Main Dealers Price. What Made me Leave a Review is that although it was serviced last year and driven less than few thousand miles I wanted to get a fresh Mot and service and was Quoted £450 at the main dealers. I remembered the gentleman at this dealers and he said "we look after our customers with great care even after the sale" bearing this in mind I called in and explained what I wanted. I was given a free complimentary health check prior to the mot and service. The Mot flew through justifying the sale price and Advisors adviae that its mint. Then the service I was charged less than the half Price compared to dealer and a Full Service and couple Brand New Front Tyres and was even added. I was dropped home as courtesy then picked back up. I've already got a friend to buy a car from.them and he's enjoying the car too they helped him pick the one with cheap insurance and high returns to the gallon. I'd say if your looking for upfront strait forward advise a d want a honest opinion then these guys will make you happy.

Hi. We bought a car from TCG recently and I think it was my best Experience Ever. To be honest the guys are friendly, too friendly sometimes you guys need to play abit sales role as you no i was put off by the honesty was too good to be true kind of thing, but like you said you like to be upfront and make sure your customer knows what they are buying. So in the end I bought the car its been a hit with the daughter and I can't fault it. I'm glad I went with my instinct and heart. Oh and the service 70 pounds was 70 percent cheaper than the dealership quoted for same thing. If anyone would like a Reccomended place for a car then TCG will be your spot trust me. They not retail buy the value for money is priceless on my view.
