On my short visit to the UK from China, I went to the shop to check it my old number is running and be able to top up. The staff were quiet helpful and supportive. But on the other hand, I was disappointed about the service, since I don't live in the UK anymore and visiting on short visit, they just tell me to call up the customer service instead of helping me out. What was the point of coming to the store? Thankfully customer service in Middle East and Asia are much more better than the UK.

Staff were great - set me up with 5G and it within minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly advisors in store. They have a lot of display models to try out devices. The shop is medium sized so for the widest range of accessories you may find more selection in a larger mobile phone shop.

Exteremely rude and racist service. I was refused service because I do not have UK ID. I am appalled by your service in London Wall shop. On my first visit, I was REFUSED to be handed my parcel because I did not have an UK driving licence (I have only a Polish one, which I presented in the shop). I WAS SENT AWAY! On my second visit I was told by your employee that I need a UK passport as you dont accept NON-UK PASSPORTS! On both visits I presented Polish documents valid and recognised across the EU and I WAS SENT AWAY! This is RACISM, PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION. How can you refuse to give people they orders because they dont have a UK issued document?! This is a disgrace. I am disgusted, furious and outraged!

A smart looking store with a huge range of working phones on display (unlike a lot of ships that increasingly have dummies on display). The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient.

Great customer service and store for purchasing a brand new phone or getting a contract sim. Definitely the leading network in the UK as I have moved from Three network due to bad 4G signal. O2 offers great deals with high end smart phones with priority offers.

took my phone to this store for repair, two weeks later i get a message to collect it. when i get the package home i open it to find a letter saying that i had refused to pay for any repair and the phone was exactly the same as wehn i gave it to them. the only message i received was that it was ready to be collected. the phone was also insured with o2. been trying to call all morning and no one is answering. what a joke.

Customer service is extremely poor, female staff member (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was very rude to me and had a terrible attitude ('computer says no' issue...) - from reading other people's reviews below I've realised it isn't just me who has experienced this!

Came to resolve issue with sim card Ofcourse just wasted time and ended up again on o2 helpline. It took 4 days for O2 to have my number reactivated despite 24hr time frame promised

o2 customer service is extremely poor staff in the shop are very rude with a poor attitude phone sent away for warranty repair and cannot be bothered to contact to discuss the issue with the phone and make unfounded statements without proof to get out of carrying out the repairs so please avoid either o2 or Samsung products
