Well organized, very comfortable, but not very big. I have been a few times to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 and at times it feels very comfortable, but unfortunately some other times it gets really packed that it becomes unbearable. That is to be expected of course, as it's the nearest lounge after security check and all Gold Star Alliance passengers have access to it. Food offerings are usually very good and well varied with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. There is a special area with recliner chairs which is great for a quick nap, as well as excellent toilets. Wifi is free and fast too. Highly recommended.

Horrendous business class offering. Only beer or wine and cold food or sweet snacks. Not the level of service one would expect from a major airline lounge. Terrible.

During covid (16th December 2020): Was quiet and clean and was a much needed break to the hectic busy heathrow outside. Allowed us to relax and do work without worrying. Staff were attentive and welcoming as normal, so the staff were 10/10.
However that being said the business lounge is a shadow of its former self. They were seriously under stocked and the selections were "spartan". I was disappointed as I know before covid when you flew business you would get a level of service with that. But with covid, the staff are amazing but really you are paying a premium to just have a little bit of space, and i cant decide if its worth the cost to my company. Id always pay a bit more for a seperate quiet and clean place to wait for my flight but I didnt feel i would have paid this price out of my own pocket knowing what i know. Possibly after covid will go back to normal but still.

What an oasis (mirage) in that busy airport
I had to upgrade my Berlin air ticket to business and a stay here was included. Besides upmost professional attitude all food, snacks, drinks, well drinks, beer and more was just a perfect selection. I rested and slept in one of the launch chairs in the silence zone. Just perfect. Awesome esome finally the ice cream cart.

Great space! I really enjoyed the more private senators lounge, it was quiet, relaxing, and had great views of the planes leaving and arriving . Food selection was great and the space was clean. Great place to checkout if you have time before your flight.

Always a pleasure to stay at Lufthansa’s lounge. Nothing spectacular, just always clean and orderly! The lounge is bright, open and spacious. A lot better than a lot of other airline lounges around the world. Definitely much better than BA’s flagship lounges at Terminal 5! Staff here is young, energetic, smart, professional and warm. You can hardly find this kind of staff these days. Not in the UK anyway. Good selection of food and drinks. Just an honest, non-pretentious, comfy lounge!

I booked a 6 am flight and had to arrive at the airport at 3 am. Honestly, I could have checked in around 4 am since the Austrian Airline staff were not even there 3 hours prior.
I wandered among all the closed stores as I waited for the Lufthansa lounge to open at 5 am. Unfortunately, I already grabbed a bite around 4 am at the convenience store when it opened. The meal deal, which included a sandwich, chips and water bottle was decent, costed 3.95 pounds.
Finally at 5 am sharp, the doors the lounge opened. All the business men and women walked in, affluent individuals and me walked in. I was so underdressed in my pajamas looking outfit. Nonetheless, the lounge did not disappoint!
Clinical and modern looking chairs, calling rooms, conference tables, lounge chairs, tables for eating covered the space. A bar (unfortunately it was too early or I would have indulged), coffee bar, craft beer, breakfast buffet, brie cheese, prosciutto and other chacuterie options! Love cereal and yogurt? They got you too.
All to say, it's a beautiful thing when you're a star alliance member.

Cancelled our holiday flight the day before without informing us in any way. The customer support person was completely indifferent to the situation. German efficiency and quality is a thing of the past. At least with Lufthansa.

For a lounge this is quit nice. somewhat large, but clean and fresh looking. food and drinks are ok, you've got what you need in a lounge. Different seating arrangements available. Very easy accessible from terminal main area.

Worst company ever. Where is my refund i asked 3 months ago when you canceled my flights? Do you really need to steal from your customers to stay alive? I don't think so, because German government just put a lot of money on it. Stop lying and trying to make a fool of people. Lufthansa: I want my money.

Staff are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. One word and no greeting. Make you feel like a criminal for asking for a beer. Lounge is spaced out well but looks like an investment bank canteen. The staff really are the reason I leave the review.

Been coming to this lounge for years and really do like it. The space is beautiful, though at peak times seriously packed with *G frequent fliers, and imho one of the nicest lounges at LHR. The Do&Co food is fantastic and the beverage selection quite good. Again, overcrowding is a serious issue and there have been many time when getting a seat was difficult. And staff could be more considerate with the noise level: when they bring out dishes and glasses it sounds like the lounge is turning into a Greek wedding when they break dishes. Completely unnecessary to slam dishes when placing them....

The staff is very unpleasant. While in Germany you would get people smiling at you and making you feel welcome, here it is like they have some inherent dislike towards customers either not saying anything at all and just grabbing your plate from in front of you or starting to clean up the table in front of you with cleaning rugs while you are still sitting there as if you made such a disgusting mess that it needs to be cleaned up right away. Such a negative atmosphere that it feels better sitting outside than in the lounge.

Lufthansa should know better. Really all senator lounges i have been in (accept Athens GR) are below standard for airline business lounges. They need to see how other star alliance members like air canada or united handle but more importantly they should attempt to compete with arab and asian airlines lounges which tend to be superior.
In my own specific case, despite a vegan consciousness in Germany, they insist on dairy/egg products in their vegetarian options and that is just primitive. Plus their veg options are too limited.

I was really not impressed here. There are two different section and I only visited the outer one. When I pay extra for lounge I want to feel the extra luxury, and this was not felt here. The coffee (Americano) tasted of old coffee and the pasta was tasteless and salad was half wilted. No available feet-rest to find anywhere. This gave me little value for what I felt I spent.

Very nice, comfortable and quiet place to work or relax before flight. Catering is fine, wide variety of food, snacks and beverages available, with regular service picking up dishes. Internet connectivity is fast and reliable and plenty of seating spaces available too.

Generally this is a good Lounge, but it tend to get a bit crowded here, which is one of the reasons this does not get a full score. The food and drink selection is also a bit limited, which also pulls a bit down. I would only recommend this if it is included in the ticket, and not consider it worth to pay extra for this lounge access.

A decent lounge. While I would like to have seen a slightly wider selection in food and refreshments everything that was there seemed well prepared and of high quality.
Varied seating options cater both to people who want to work comfortably on the move and those that want to relax before or between flights.
Missing a star because while good, they do provide you glimpses of the even better lounge further in, making you wish you'd got access to that as well.

I found this lounge in Heathrow quite good. It has large space, good view of the tarmac, lighted, adequate number of seating arrangements that caters to different kinds of need like reading newspaper, eating food, charging phone, browsing internet, drinking coffee or sipping wine. The food was fresh and rich in varieties.

Good ambience ample space at the lounge, compared to other lounges the first class lounge equivalent senator lounge is mediocre, all the food and beverages served are the same as the regular lounge but it's just a separated space that is all. enough seats are available at any time of the day. However the food options needs improvement and should provide more vegetarian and vegan options rather than pork and meat all the way.

Sorry, hated it. Too crowded, populated by business men all of whom seemed to have 3 carry on bags blocking the aisles, or children screaming. The food was devastatingly average and limited in scope. About one in three of the people there were either coughing or sneezing so I gave up after ten minutes and went to join the great unwashed public where there was space, quiet, lots to look at, comfortable seating, departure screens easily seen, shops to browse, an altogether nicer experience.
I'll never darken their doors again. Rubbish. Supposed to be exclusive. Huh!
