Emirates the one of the best airlines of the world and if you are travelling Emirates from Asia to Europe then you will be staying in Dubai where you will be treated like a king in Emirates business lounge with more than 4 restaurants of 30 different tastes and on top of it all of it is free. you can enjoy Spa and even get your shoes polished

A perfect little retreat from the main airport terminal for Emirates business and frequent flyers. Outstanding view of the Heathrow airport apron and you can watch planes taxi, land and dock day and night. The food was devine, Wi-Fi throughout and convenient power outlets for charging devices. You can board directly from the lounge also. If you are on the A380 or departing from a gate a little further from the main terminal areas there is a complimentary golf cart to ferry you to the lounge. Super convenient. I recommend seating near the windows so you can view airside activity and comings/goings.

Emirates live up to expectations food wise. Lounge is spacious and relatively under occupied, which is great. Can’t say much on their front desk crew. It’s either the gloomy weather or basic hospitality is simply not in the job specs

Really very impressive. It's a great place to spend some time relaxing and refreshing before a flight

It gets busy, but never feels crowded. Lots of places to sit, private and more open. Views are pretty impressive.
Wine on offer is really excellent. Food fantastic for small snacks.
And if you are flying Emirates, you can board top deck straight from the lounge. Extremely serene way to travel.

An amazing business lounge with full access to food and beverages as well as magazines/papers etc before your flight. When it is time to board, you have really easy access to your flight direct from the lounge with the minimum of fuss.

It was cosy and comfortable, though no bathroom once you are checked in, you have to walk out again to use the restroom but you can watch the planes load up which the kids enjoy

Very nice place for a lounge that boards passengers directly from there-no long strides to the gates and hence no stress. Well done Emirates. Outside view is superb for watching your plane getting ready or to observe take-offs and touch-downs. With it amazing snacks and a variety of hot and cold drinks. There is a prayer room as well.

Awesome, huge lounge. Since the lounges are usually quite big, finding thr buffet counters sometimes is not easy. Ask at the reception while checking into the lounges. Food is amazing. U have seen Marhaba lounge, but Emirates lounge is way above any other lounges.

I have traveled in Tins of Countries but Emirates Lounge is very special at Dubai. It is at least 500 Meter long lounge with almost all facilities. Variety of food ranging from Asian, European, Local Middle East etc. Variety of alcohol along with very fine wines makes it special. Other facilities like Showers, Sleeping Rooms, SPA, Large sitting, Coffee Counters, Shoe Polish etc makes it very convenient. Also hospitality by the staff is really very very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my each and every stay there

The Emirates lounge was by far the best experience of flying with the airline. Good level of food and drinks. Experienced a three hour delay and noticed care and attention was given to the quality of food. Fresh items were regularly replenished.

Nice, well appointed lounge with a fairly good array of food, drinks (both Alcohol and non-Alcohol based) and newspapers all free and part of the package for flying Business.
Plenty of USB charging ports and free WiFi.
The view onto the runway (Apron) is incredible and we watched our A380 land and taxi right to the point in front of where we were seated.

A very elegant and decent lounge with great runway views, an extensive food selection, and lots of seating options. Boarding is often directly to the aircraft via the lounge, which is a big bonus. Staff are generally aloof but attentive. One of my favourite airport lounges on the Emirates network.

Reasonable experience. Not sure about child policy as when children get out of hand staff did not step in and talk to parents. Made what should have been a great experience not so great with a toddler throwing lengthy tantrums

Fabulous the lounge is so large even when it's busy it doesn't feel crowded you could find a quiet area. The food was of great quality and plenty of complimentary drinks. Attentive staff great atmosphere good start to a holiday.

The waiter advised me that the olive cake was vegan which means dairy free, I had few bites then realised that this was a bit too creamee. I went to ask the chef who told me that this wasn't dairy free!!! I am allergic to dairy and trusted the waiter which resulted me to be sick on my 8 hour flight and continued to be sick for a week.
Side effects resulted in bloated stomach, nausea, lightheadedness, masive headache numbness on the left side of face and final but the worse breathing difficulty. Also to follow long term sinuses congestion and chest infection.
This is what takes to recover from one mistake!!!

Great food, facilities and atmosphere. Let down by very poor reception staff as you enter the lounge (the upstairs in-lounge staff are fantastic) and an ill-thought policy on charging for children.
To get 5 stars:
- Allow children under 16 in for free (i.e. don't charge £45 per child!), especially for loyal frequent flyers (Gold+).
- Urgently retrain all reception staff on excellent customer service skills. E.g. how to greet a customer, offer an amazing reception and smile. Currently they fail to deliver the Emirates standard.
