Lee Fisher did a wonderful job of managing my 2 elderly cats move across the world from London to Melbourne. Every time I hit a hurdle in the complicated process he was there to help. They arrived safely and I can't thank Airpets enough. Also a very competitive price so I definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this company. They helped me move my dog from the UK to Hawaii in September 2020. Other companies told me it couldn't be done or wanted to charge an absolute fortune. It was still expensive, but that's to be expected when moving an animal half way around the world during a pandemic. I did my own research on how it all worked and went back and forth with Airpets, I cannot explain how grateful I am for them putting up with all my questions and working with me to make this happen. My dog arrived safely and in very high spirits, you wouldn't know she'd been on two flights and stayed overnight in LA. I received photos of her after she was collected from our house and while she was in LA. Airpets also worked to ensure my dog wouldn't have to stay quarantined when she arrived in Hawaii. Overall, it was the best experience I could have asked for, for both me and my dog. Even more credit is due considering they did all this during a global pandemic. Thank you so much Airpets!

I shipped my pets with Airpets from London to Los Angeles. While they are very nice and professional people (friendly when I dropped my cats, offered me to send me updates through WhatsApp), nobody mentioned how pets are handled at Mercury Cargo (company they work with at destination, LAX). Prior to the travel, I was told by email by a Mercury representative to come get the paperwork at 1930 the day of the flight, go get a stamp from the U.S. Customs and come back to pick up my cats. So, I did come at 1930 to get my paperwork, and they told me to come back at 2100 as it was not ready. Additionally, no one explained to me that I had to sign up to "get in line". The pets are NOT kept in a climate controlled room and they are left on wooden palettes in the middle of forklift machines moving freight around, in a freight warehouse not an live animal allocated room. My cats peed themselves (which did not happened on longer trip in the past) and were in shock most likely to have been handled the way they were handled, plus they were waiting next to crates with barking dogs (I understand that the dogs barked, I love dogs. They were crying as they saw their owners waiting). Why would Airpets people be so amazing and do such a great job at departure to then allow such situation at destination? I do not understand.

Only ‘ok’ barely. The positives: - cat arrived safely in Dubai, so technically speaking they did what they said - the price was reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either - Airpets arranged the vet checks and forms needed without any issues The negatives: - complete lack of communication. Our cat had to isolate for 2 weeks due to regulations from the destination country. During the 2 weeks we received zero updates voluntarily from Airpets, and after chasing from our side 2 or 3 times we received 2 or 3 poor quality photos of our cat looking terrified hiding in a box, and that’s all we got during the whole 2 weeks she was there. As pet owners can imagine, it was quite a tense time and it does not take more than 30 seconds to snap a photo of her every 2 or 3 days without having to be constantly chased, to put owners minds at ease. - also no notice to let us know she had arrived safely (she was collected by airpets driver). No notice to say she had settled. Or that she was eating or using her litter tray. Or that she was playing or getting some exercise now and again. Nothing. Total silence except for those few photos when we chased a lot. - poor communication again. I could not get through to our contact at Airpets for the majority of the day despite attempting to call multiple times and sending multiple emails. I was simply told everyone involved is busy every time I called (but I was still receiving email responses in between from the same people who were too busy to take a call). This was when we had been told suddenly there is no direct flight and I was desperate to speak to someone to work out what alternatives we have for further boarding / different airlines etc (see next point). - poor planning and organization. We were specifically informed in writing there were direct flights available to our destination. I had heard this might not be the case due to covid and asked Airpets to reconfirm, and was told again in certain terms in writing that there are direct flights. 6 days before the scheduled departure and halfway through the quarantine isolation at AirPets facility we were told ‘there are no direct flights due to the type of aircraft BA is using on this route during covid, you can pay 2100 pounds for a pallet, or wait and hope BA change their aircraft type (despite covid) or take an indirect flight’. This was extremely disappointing and upsetting. It was too late for us to take our cat back, and we cannot pay 2100 for a pallet. Based on the confirmations we had received prior to booking with Airpets we had proceeded with all our planning. Our cat is an exotic breed snub nose and every flight is risky we definitely did not want 2 flights for her. In the end we had no realistic option but to go for the indirect flights (thankfully she was ok and luckily the weather in the Middle East was unseasonably cool during those few days). So in conclusion ok price, ok delivery for the basic requirements, but definitely don’t expect any communication or regular updates at all, and if you are making any critical arrangements based on information you’re getting from Airpets, make sure to directly call the airlines or other people involved to confirm the AirPets comments are correct before you rely on them or plan around them. We got quite fortunate with the alternative flight availability and luckily our cat got through 2 flights ok but it was quite a stressful few days. On a final note, not a single apology from Airpets when their mistake was discovered (a very ‘couldn’t give a damn’ attitude throughout) and not a single follow up or comment to advise our cat had been loaded or received at the airport. By comparison several of the other relocation companies in the Uk were super communicative and friendly but we couldn’t use them due to their lack of availability for our dates (understandably, they were booked up first). I would try one of the others first before settling on Airpets.

The Airpets team was excellent! Gigi and I experienced several delays in our move, and Megan was right there with us, making sure things were changed as needed - often day of. If I need to do another move with my beloved Belgian shepherd, I will come back to Airpets. When Gigi was dropped off, she was in good spirits, and had clearly been well taken care of through the in processing at the ARC and on her drive for home delivery. She found her spot, and curled up for a snooze when she got inside. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Airpets mis-handled transporting our 2 North Inuit huskies from London to Toronto. They did not permit sedating our dogs, who suffer from noise sensitivity and severe separation anxiety. The male husky was so distraught he tried to chew thru the wire mesh cage.

I cannot recommend Jake and the entire team at Airpets more strongly. After almost all major airlines suspended their pet travel programs due to Covid-19, I struggled to plan my return home to the US from London for almost three months before I was recommended to reach out to Airpets. I had been in contact with the airlines directly throughout this period, and the only quote I received was around £2.5k more than what I ended up paying through Airpets with the same airline. Moreover, as second wave concerns mounted in both the UK and the US and the expiration of my UK visa came closer and closer, Jake was able to get my dog on a flight within ONE WEEK of the time I reached out. Communication was quick and efficient and Airpets offered many additional services at a competitive price to make the process easier (like on-site vet checks and forms, pickup and transfer from my flat to their facilities near Heathrow, overnight boarding before the flight and coordination of customs processes). Unlike with some other consultancies, Jake was extremely helpful in cutting out redundant charges - he was happy to hear that I already had an IATA crate and also suggested a flight date where there were other large pets flying so that we could share the pallet rate. From Jake, to Sean, the gentleman who picked Harley up, to everyone who watched over him before his flight, the Airpets team did everything possible to ensure that both Harley and I were comfortable while we were apart. I had incorrectly assumed that going through a consultant would be more difficult and expensive than working directly with the airlines to plan this flight. It's counter-intuitive, but I 100% suggest looking into Airpets for any of your pet travel adventures!

They were fantastic, communicated the whole process and sent regular updates and photos to us. We visited three times and each time the staff were so nice and was clear how well looked after our rabbit was.

I want to give a positive review of Airpets. My 10 year old Schnauzer flew out yesterday and arrived safely. Airpets was 300£ cheaper than the next cheapest quote I had and I did 6 quotes. Airpets sent updates and pictures. The driver that came to pick her up was very very kind when I started ugly crying in front of him.. lol my point of contact, Jake, was kind and never short with me when I was OCD/low... High! key freaking out and sending multiple messages a day to make sure everything was right (customs, vet check, paperwork, a consignee assigned for our friends to pick her up). I'm not used to being hands-off and nothing had to be corrected as Airpets knew what they were doing. Jake also got her on a flight when I called the week before and asked how fast can we get her on a plane? I was worried with COVID another wave would shut everything down and she'd be stuck over here when we will be required to be in the States for our move. I called on a Friday and he said Thursday or Friday of the following week. I'm a very grateful and relieved pet mama right now!

l had an excellent experience with the Airpets team. Specifically, Ashley, Dot and Megan (in alphabetic order) who went the extra mile to help my beloved cat have the best time while being in quarantine. In any case, every Airpets employee l met was friendly and professional. Knowing l couldn't go and visit my kitty every day but how much my wife and l missed her, Megan surprised me one day and, unexpectedly, emailed me pictures of our cat. Likewise, l asked Ashley if she'd mind sending me a picture of the kitty every now and then. Not only did she send pictures often, but also videos! My kitty's kennel was always clean and tidy. She always had food available (l was asked what food my kitty likes, so she was fed that type) and toys to play with. All l can say is 'thanks a lot' to the Airpets team! And yes, l'd recommend Airpets to a friend.

What a Great and professional service, they coordinate perfectly with the team in USA and facilitate the Delivery of Thor and Gitano (Large Labrador Retrievers) to my door in London. Airpets LTD is the company you have to use if you want to organise a trip for your pet. They love pets and treat yours as them. Trust me, it was just perfect for Flash (from UK to Geneva). Airpets did a fantastic job transporting my 3 dogs from the UK to the USA. Being my first babies, I am always nervous putting them in someone else's hands, especially since one of them has terrible anxiety and because I had to send them unaccompanied, but Emma saw our process through from beginning to end. I was still worried about every little detail; their overnight stay, size of the crates, the aeroplane etc. Emma kept me updated when they arrived, when they had eaten and to tell me of their departure. Upon collection in Atlanta, my dogs were perfectly okay; there was no obvious signs of anything being wrong. Their crates were roomy enough, padded out and they had been given water, but most importantly, all three of them were acting themselves. I would recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Airpets provided a fantastic service in transporting our 2 cats Leon and Milo to USA. I dealt with Cheryl and she was really helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring I had the correct vaccinations etc before travel. They made the whole process easy. They were picked up from my flat in London the day before and flew the following day. Despite being scared when they initially arrived in USA, it didn't take them long to settle in to their new home at all. A couple weeks later I arrived and united with them. They are so happy to be in their new home in sunny Texas here they are sunbathing on the window ledge. I recommend using Airpets. I had so much anxiety about transporting my cats however I could not leave them behind and Airpets too such good care of them! Thank you!

Highly recommended! Jelena, Kelly and Miranda has been super helpful and attentive to all the procedures needed to send my cat from USA to Singapore, and Singapore is extremely strict when it comes to importing pets. I was really worried at first because my cat is probably the most timid and shy cat you'll ever meet, but she arrived safely to Singapore without any problems at all. I visited her at the quarantine center yesterday and she's already feeling comfy, though still very timid. Overall, I'm really glad I went with Airpets, will definitely recommend all my friends/family to them if we ever need pet relocation service again!

Wish I could give 3.5 stars. Overall the end goal of our experience with Airpets was successful- transport our maltipoo from London to the states. She successfully arrived and was in good health when she did so. However, I felt I had to follow up quite a lot when I was communicating with the staff long before her flight. As I’m sure you can imagine, this is a really stressful and time sensitive process, so it wasn’t great when I couldn’t get answers right away for whatever questions I had. Also we had a miscommunication with them picking her up at our hotel the day before she flew out. We had to wait about 2 hours past the time we agreed on for someone to collect her. Honestly though, I can’t imagine us not using because they did make the process less painful. Just wish a few things could have been improved.

Recently moved from UK to Canada. Airpets were absolutely fantastic. They custom built a crate for our lovely Labrador and ensured that she had everything she needed for flying across comfortably and securely. Even when we were delayed coming off the flight in Toronto they ensured that Air Canada Cargo were informed about our whereabouts and ensured that Sookie was well cared for. They kept us up to date via WhatsApp and email. Cannot thank them enough for ensuring the most precious part of our household arrived safe and sound with us Shout out to the lovely staff at Air Canada Cargo and the Air Canada flight crew for being so accommodating, reassuring and helpful.

Airpets really do know what they're doing. We recently flew and took the furball with us. This could have been a traumatic experience but the team at Airports had it totally dialled. Our little bucket of fuzz was placed into a container with ample space and whisked off to board the flight. There was plenty of time for snuggles and the agent at the receiving end dealt with questions and challenges from the cargo receiver incredibly well, you know, the type of things that make you gulp hard when they say 'what about ...' Their focus on the little details, like introducing a competent vet, familiar with the local legal guidelines on what you need to fly were a single phone call away and ensured when we had to fly home, the vet who had to give the 'all clear' was able to do so and their questions & concerns were answered on the phone, immediately - which was a colossal weight off of our shoulders. Honestly, if this ran any more smoothly, I reckon the dog would've come out the other end with a new trim and a cocktail in the other paw. First class, no fluff.

Our dog is unfortunately in quarantine. The place is spotless, she has a living area with basket, and a run to herself. The kennels are very clean, the animals are not stressed and most importantly the staff are very caring.

For such an expensive service they should definitely employ people with manners who are not as rude or condescending as this guy was!

We had a fantastic experience with Airpets Ltd. when moving our dog from Cambridge to Chicago. The process was smooth, the paperwork was straightforward, and the service was very friendly. They clearly care a great deal about the pets they house and transport. We were also incredibly happy to see that they pick up and drop off pets, as it would have been a nightmare for us to transport our dog to the airport otherwise.

While I am grateful that my cat made it from the UK to Australia, I found the communication and service I received with Airpets could have been better. I felt like I was continually chasing them up, and when I had questions I was met with a bit of a negative and condescending response. I also received very little in regards to updates and peace of mind notifications while she was in their cattery the week prior to her flight, even though I did request this at the time of drop off.

AMAZING!!! I normally don't write reviews and in fact this is my first one, but service we received from Airpets and especially from Jake Biggs was exceptional. We had to relocate our beloved rabbit Pablo from London to Dubai. Unfortunately the whole process of moving Pablo was not that easy as we thought it would be. However, Jake was very helpful and did everything he could to make this whole transition as smooth as possible. We were always followed up promptly, we always knew what is happening and although we gave Jake a very short notice regarding our travel he still managed to get everything sorted on time. Pablo arrived all happy and not stressed at all. Will always recommend Airpets to everyone I know and I think Jake deserved a bonus haha!

Charlotte and Sean were wonderful! When we moved from the US to the UK, I was struggling to find a taxi service that would take both us and our pets from the airport to our flat and our US pet transport company put us in touch with AirPets. Sean and Charlotte picked us up at Heathrow and brought us back to their facility to wait for our pets to arrive, as they were on a different flight from us, and the plan was then to drive my husband and I, our 3 cats, and our dog (plus our luggage) to our new home. When the pets's flight was delayed, they offered to drive us home and bring the pets by as soon as they were cleared through HARC and cleaned up, as it was likely to be late afternoon/early evening before they would be ready (this was at 9 am). Charlotte kept us posted on their travel through the day and Sean brought them all to our flat that evening, right when promised. Everyone was happy, clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Airpets were absolutely fantastic in assisting me with clearing my dog for entry into the UK from Tanzania. We had issues with missing paperwork and him being held in Amsterdam. Megan from Airpets was incredible. She went above and beyond her job role to get my dog safely here and released ASAP and I will be forever grateful for all of her efforts. Our little family is now complete. Would 1 million percent recommend Airpets for pet travel.

From start to finish Megan and the Airpets team were phenomenal! I was shipping my dog from Jamaica to the U.K. and had been unable to get accurate information despite researching it for months. One phone call to Megan and all my questions were answered. She took care of everything from the U.K. side. Whilst in quarantine we got regular updates and even photos. I think our little one felt like he'd had a holiday and not been in quarantine. We collected him fluffy and clean. It was evident he had been well loved during his stay. I recently relocated to Dubai and had to leave my beloved pet rabbit behind while I settled. Airpets UK helped me bring him over here and were absolutely brilliant. They dealt with all of my (many) queries and were always on hand with advice. My bunny was picked up on the morning in good time and had a roomy air kennel that was built specifically for him. His travel was obviously very smooth because when he arrived he was bright as a button. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Emma from Airpets did a fantastic job of informing me of the entire process. Then she arranged for our elderly cats (19 and 15 years old) to be collected from our local Cattery and transported to Heathrow. The next morning they flew them to Washington D.C. and they arrived safely with all documentation to clear customs quickly. The wooden cages they provided were extremely sturdy and comfortable for the cats, including a food and water bowl. The entire process was very easy on us and our cats with minimal stress to all. We would use Airpets again if we ever ship another animal and we will recommend them to our friends in a similar position as ours.

Took our pet rabbit there to be looked after whilst we went on holiday, they really listen to you about your requirements and take very good care of all pets in the boarding area, they even play with the dogs and give them very good exercise. I'll always take my pets to them.

Emma was very helpful and professional in assisting us to get Meika and Holly stateside. We dropped into Airpets while we were in the area unannounced about a month before booking their transport to meet the people and have a chat about the procedure. They were very friendly and insisted that we have a wander around the facility, which we found immaculately clean and tidy. The premises is in a beautiful location, it was so peaceful and tranquil, you'd never know that the M25 is only a quarter of a mile away and Terminal 5 is the same distance in the other direction. When Colin dropped the dogs off, he was encouraged to accompany the kennel maid to the kennel they were staying in and settle them down and say goodbye to them. They flew on British Airways, and Colin asked the flight attendant if it was possible to check to make sure they had made the flight. She made a point of checking and personally came to Colin's seat to assure him that there were three dogs and one poor cat on board. At O'Hare, we were looking for a sign saying "BA Cargo"; however, BA use a third-party agent who is contracted by multiple airlines to handle cargo. We called their number and were told that we should look for their name on the building, but we could see the building but couldn't find the entrance. There were just too many roads in the area! Upon arrival at the agent's, they were very helpful, everything went smoothly, they assisted us with loading up the crates into the van and we were off in about half an hour with two tired and confused dogs. Our two dogs (Belgian Shepherd & German Shepherd Mix) arrived safely in the USA this weekend thanks to Airpets. I dealt with Sarah at Airpets. She was so professional and reassuring, a real credit to the Airpets team! She consistently provided me with accurate information and in a timely manner. They took care of everything for us and made the move so easy. I was very anxious about my dogs travelling but I shouldn't have worried. The dogs were not stressed when we collected them from the plane, it was clear that their safety and welfare was a top priority. I would happily recommend this company and we will be using them again on the return trip in a few years time.

The whole experience was very easy as they were friendly and professional at all times.
