Drink dispenser was out of service but other than that it was good. Staff was making sure it was clean at all times. Good for group or 1-2 people. Quiet and good selection of food.

I don't know if I've been over exposed to BA's Club Lounges but this seems in a different league to the Galleries in Terminal 5 at Heathrow. The food is excellent and varied and the whole room just seems more spacious.

Well, they had all you could want realy, a good variety of drinks and such. And the reason for the "low" rating of four stars could be blamed on the time i arrived, since they had quite the dissapointing sellection of food, 2 soups and a small salad bar.
Other than that a comfy, quiet, and relaxing lounge with nice and friendly staff.

It's a nice place to wait for flight. Space is not that big enough, but not uncomfortable. Food is a normal. They serve soda, beer, coffee, some snacks and season food. I can say it's a middle class level of rounge. Enjoy. !!

When we were in the Lufthansa Senator lough it was not crowded, breakfast was varied and generous, coffee good enough, juices, waters, and choices of typical cooked and cold breakfast. WiFi was useful. The review I read of this lounge especially photos regarding where it is was very accurate and helpful.

Everything you would expect from a new build. Office rooms for meeting if you did a closed door meeting. Otherwise loads of space. Quite atmosphere. Loads of drinks and food. Clean W.C along with changing room. A wall of TVs showing the current news. At least 1 bank of incas that can by used. Free Wi Fi used with you boarding card. And yes Air con.

Reasonably good, okay assortment of drinks and food. Can be a bit crowded, especially around rush hours. If you have time, I would recommend hopping over to Terminal 2B and use one of the StarAlliance lounges there instead.

Spacious, chill vibe, nice outlook brekky food was quality. Only has auto coffee machine coffee, and self serve bar with very basic spirit options. No direct USB on power outlets but the staff were kind enough to provide me with an adaptor.

The lounge is fairly spacious, and well maintained, but this should be the case as this lounge was only opened about a year ago. The food options are limited however, but sufficient. A good selection of drinks are available.

I am sad to change my review from 5-star to 3-star. Service, food, cleanliness remain excellent BUT the staff does nothing for the increasing noise due to bad and inconsiderate travelers. People have started to use speakers to speak on their phones, create noise and exhibit total disrespect for others. It is a shame, and I am afraid is similar to what happens to the rest of London: they accept each one's 'diversity'. Such a pity, such a great space and often it reminds me of a local tavern... :(
