Quite good for a Lufthansa Lounge; exceptional if you are used to the typical United Clubs in the US.
The Senator part is just a separate room within the business lounge, and is often very crowded, though. The food and drink offering is not that much different between the Senator and the business areas, so stay in the business area if the Senator area is too crowded.

Very nice lounge, lots of nice foods and snacks as well as a vide range of coffee and spirits wine and beer. Was surprisingly invited here upon check-in (traveling SAS plus normally only includes lounge access at sas lounges in Scandinavia and my ticket did not state access to lounge at Heathrow ) and this one is a few steps above the one at Arlanda
