I was disappointed with my report. I was using them because I wanted to know "the damage report" on a vehicle I knew had been written off, and desperately needed to know exactly what damage had been done, which is what I paid for. All I got back was the fact that it had been written off, and I knew that already. When the report advert says it wall issue a "Damage report" to me that means exactly that. Very disappointed indeed :-(

Serious security warnings for this organisation. Cazana harvests and shares protected private data in breach of GDPR rules. A vehicle is advertised elsewhere with no personal details visible, someone from Cazana has contacted me privately, posing as a buyer and asking for personal information. They then share this information, vehicle details including registration number and home address, on a viewable public website. This is a clear GDPR violation including some seriously unethical behavior of how they conduct themselves. Reporting to GDPR compliance.

Having totally rebuilt my car from a bare shell at a cost of about £15000 plus my own labour. Cazana then valued her at £3500 without even seeing her or talking to me first. What a joke.

Got a report of my own car to provide assurance to the buyer, both mot and road tax information was stale, avoid at any cost.
Moreover, company rejects request for full refund. Should be banned.

Don’t trust this company A buyer did a check on my 2017 Audi it come up as 131k Millage when it has only has 30k Millage on car . I also did a check myself and yes the Millage come up at 131k what a joke . Then did a check on my wife’s car it has only 20k Millage here it comes as 41k Millage. This company should be closed I will come to omnibus about it . Avoid at all cost

Paid the £19.95 for three checks, was in a hurry. Nothing happened. Zilch. No sign of my report. No one on the phone in the Helpdesk. I'm buying a car at auction here - I need instant results not failing websites. Avoid!

Might be a straightforward service and easy to use but somewhat “misleading”. All clear on the report. It gives an unrealistic purchasing price for the vehicle (wishful thinking). Damage report? No damage reported! (However it is obvious that the car has been resprayed all-over). Even if only £9.99 – I think it is a waste of money.
