This is a very useful app and service. My wife is a local authority direct Payments recipient and it is very easy to use this system to keep track of and record her care. a few feature suggestions: I think the log template for "repositioning" could do with a "Wheelchair" option as a lot of older and disabled people use wheelchairs and there is no easy way to record repositioning to and from a wheelchair. It would be useful if the app could have a setting to show and enter times in 12 hour or 24 hour format as one of my wife's carers is getting a bit confused and recording that she is making her lunch at 1 in the morning and ringing her doctor at 3am! It would be useful if there could be a button in the carer app to open the "Care Office" (the section of the Log My Care website where everything is administered) for those who have access to it. The system could do with more flexible scheduling features, such as being able to set a recurring task to occur every X hours between Y and Z times of day or being able to set up tasks for certain days of the week. Also, I am blind and use a screen reader. I have found that it is a little difficult to edit the current status of previously-created tasks via the web interface. I previously thought that this was not possible with my screen reader. In the screen reader I use (JAWS for Windows) I have now found that I can emulate hovering the mouse, but it took a bit of research to work out how to do it. I have now updated this review so that it accurately reflects how the website works with a screen reader. I would be happy to work with the company on screen reader accessibility, but more or less everything else works well. The website is easy to use with the JAWS for Windows screen reader and the app works well with apple's Voice Over screen reader as well. Overall, this is a very good website and app. I would certainly pay something for it if needed, but currently have no need for the paid version as the free version does everything I need! Thanks!

The LMC app is so simple and intuitive to use. Even technophobes were comfortable with it very quickly without the need for any external training. Tasks were completed in "real time" making handover easier and safer. The Hospital Passport is a particular bonus in the current environment where elderly residents are being admitted into hospital unattended.

So far so good. I received a free 1 month trial, across all of the LogMyCare platforms which greatly contributed to inform our final decision. The concept is simple to use, and gathers the critical information required for care support services. We’re currently using the system in a residential setting and home care, we haven’t looked back!

This is a good app, little slow in loading but that's probably due to internet connection rather then the app, but I will say I think it needs one subject put onto it 'hourly check' as we have to write this as an extra and quite time consuming, also what's quite time consuming is having to list food and drinks separately if it was a combined subject with everything in it in one selection it would be easier instead of having to list food and how much eaten separately and drinks and how much was given and had if it was all in one perfect. But other than that it's a good app.

It seems to be a good idea but as someone who is not particularly technical, I find it is not intuitive and would therefore like some training in the system. Also, there are some 'tasks' I carry out overnight like 2hrly breathing checks. At present I use a sign sheet which takes literally a minute to complete. To do this for each individual resident on log my care means logging in and out of each resident and finding the appropriate section awake/asleep and this is far more time consuming and definitely does not 'save' time which is one of the main selling points of this programme. Maybe it's just me and I'm missing something?! Help would be greatly appreciated.

This was on a news bulletin from RCA so I thought I would trial it for a month and it has been brilliant. I do think for the full package for £70 is a bit much for a small care home provider so we have opted for the small package although I would have like to have gone for the full one.

Log my care is very easy to use, it makes our job a lot easier because we can find out any information straight away with out having to look through piles of paper work. Very user friendly, easy and it a lot more time affective. Great app! Would highly recommend it.

First of all downloading the app and core system for free was almost too good to be true, no one lets you try anything for free usually. Within ten minutes I was up and running playing around to see what log my care can do and within half an hour I had a couple of care staff playing with me too. Really intuitive and easy to use app and back office site nd you can do lots with the free core system but even more with pro and the pricing structure is clear, cheaper than a lot of other systems and no hard sales calls. Staff were over the moon at the staff meeting and have been told its a brilliant decision. First time I've ever seen them excited about recording care. Cant praise log my care enough so far, responsive customer chat, clear low prices and a foolproof system even I can work. Oh and a free trial so if you don't like it you can cancel and no card details to enter. I am super impressed and hope to carry on feeling like this

I’m new to this app but so far I think it’s fantastic. It gives everyone the opportunity to see, at a glance, how the clients day has gone across the board. It limits hand overs as all can be done electronically. No paperwork needed and very user friendly. Would highly recommend

We have been using log my care for the last 3-4 months. We are a residential home of a big scale supporting 69 residents with learning disabilities. We are using the care planning and now also PRO. The software is 10/10 and is so simple to use, all of our care staff love it! It has made our jobs so much easier everything is now central and so easily accessable. We have recently had our emergency support frame work phone consulation from CQC along with a infection prevention thematic inspection, it all went down a treat and they are impressed with how we are doing. I cant praise this software enough. If you are thinking about implementing this software into your care facility, all I can say is you will not regret it!

I personally, are not very good with technology but found the new log my care a breath of fresh air and I've found I can use it! Where before we had paperwork to complete and it left everywhere you now have everything at hand on the phone, you can log everything that's relevant on there.This is most beneficial to the service users as you're times not took up with all the paperwork we used to have to complete and more time fie the service users.if I can use it everyone can

Fantastic program, well thought out and a brilliant layout - excellent interface and easy to use. Just have to remember all the logs I have to make, love linking the pictures up with my logs but wish their was a section where the service user could select their own mood chart and express how they feel other than a picture just to include more interaction between service user and support worker.

The cost effective software is very user friendly and used by all our staff who love the product. I really love this app ???? we have just started to use it within our company. It's so easy to use self explanatory and saves so much time meaning more time can be spent with the service users rather than on paperwork ???? Log my care also has a carer of the month award ????where you can nominate staff which I think is fantastic. The team are also so helpful. I've spoke to them via the app and also on the phone. I recommend this system 100%. Great work guys ????
