My experience was great. Got served quickly. By a friendly female member of staff. Everyone abiding by social distancing well, staff and customers.
However while I was there one male member of staff, who was handling the driving licence/photo booth area at the time I arrived was very rude to customers using that service, absolutely no customer service at all. After those customers, this member of staff called over the man in front of me in the queue, who said he had a large letter, politely. This member of staff rudely said it’s a small parcel, to which the customer said I’m sure it’s a large letter, again politely, considering the situation. The member of staff then got out the device to check and surely enough was proven wrong in that indeed it was a large letter. This male staff member has no customer service skills whatsoever and is very rude to customers even when proved wrong he’s not very apologetic for his behaviour. Perhaps he needs to find a job that doesn’t involve engaging with the public.

You HAVE to use the self service machines for stamps even if it is a non standard purchase. Found it very long winded. Will go elsewhere if I can.

Absolutely brilliant service and extremely polite staff would highly recommend couldn't ask for a better service!!
Also a big thank you to the manager David bailey for helping us out this man was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help use retrieve our parcel which was sent out to a scammer by my mistake your a star thank you all so much we really appreciate it !

Helpful and very polite staff. The only thing is that it is underground and you may get the feeling that you cannot breathe anymore! It is better to get there in early hours.

I recieved amazing service today from Nabs at the self serve counters. She was extremely patient and helpful with helping me figure out the best way to get a parcel to Canada even though the local Canada postal service is on strike. She took the time to go over the cost options with me and looked after my parcel while I went outside to get reception to get an additional address. Her service really made my day. Thank you.
I loved that there were 4 self serve counters as well as many people working at the desks. Made for zero wait which I find is rare at post offices.
