Terrible service by the Asian man. He laughed when I said I asked for 2nd class recorded and he did first class. He said look will get there quicker. I said no I want 2nd class he said it's done just pay and go . So rude

Very poor staff! They are very rude people especially the man who wears the turban! Unwelcome atmosphere!! I'd suggest new staff or some kind of training for them to become more friendly with their customers.

I have never been mocked by any employee in my life, but here we are. Imperial Avenue Post Office. The man working here is EXTREMELY disrespectful, rude and should never be allowed to work with customers. Seems like the worst place on the street and looking at the reviews, no wonder why.

Lovely couple that run the store. Always friendly and offer all the options to me so I can choose whats right. Only post office I use as the take covid seriously, and treat there customers well. Stay safe

Don't waste your time coming here ... the customer service I recieved was absolutely awful! It was my first visit here having to return some online orders and was made to feel like a huge inconvenience. The miserable women serving me was terribly rude, negative and extremely unhelpful. I don't usually leave reviews but after this visit I will not be returning back!

Staff is really rude and zero customer service!!! Worst post office I've ever been!!! I'll Never go there again!! Not surprised why royal mail is going down and people prefer to use other parcel companies.

Worse Post Office I've been to in my life!!! Owners are bad mannered, lack respect for customers and moan if you present prepaid parcels for shipment. Royal Mail needs to investigate this post office for extremely poor customer service.

Really thought my bad experience was a one off but looking at the review these people just lack all kind of skills! Staff were very rude, draining and clearly lacked any respect for customers. I wanted to leave the moment I asked for help. Definitely avoid this postoffice if you want decent service.

Would give 0 stars if i could, How disgusting is the attitude of the lady that work here. How she can get away with treating her customers so bad i don't know. Ill be sending a complaint to the post office HQ. She talks under her breath WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? Worst Post Office Ever! Please avoid like the plague, I now use H on Hinckley Road Leicester they are amazing.

Yes same experience, the staff extremely rude, I asked the man politely why was he being rude and what his problem was? which made me think ???? he may have issues of some sort hence his behaviour towards customers, so I just left it at that but I tend not to go in there anymore ????

They always try to charge highest price. When I come there I feel like worst person in the world. How dare I come and ask to send my parcels. Lady wanted to send my item as parcel even it did go through large letter hole. Started to scare me that other end will need to pay extra for postage. After explaining her that item fits large letter hole she started asking about item values just to charge me more. I started going to another post office only choosing this when not having enough time. But after today I will keep away from this place.

Mixed feelings. My biggest letdown is that sometimes they close earlier than they say. Once, i called them and they told me that tbey would close at 5:30pm and had plenty of time, only to get there at 4:30 and have me rush over as they are closing the store earlier. Furthermore yes, they do charge the highest price most of the times. I specifically asked for a simple sending and they charged me for first class.

Their attitude towards their customers is appalling. I have witnessed them being rude, even mocking, people coming into the shop. They always charge the highest price. Neither of them ever smiles at anyone. Just awful in every way. I would post zero stars if I could.

I use this post office a lot and I have never once experienced any negative responses or attitude from the staff as stated in some of these reviews. I find them to be lovely people and polite, always greet me respectfully and always have a chat and jokes if it's quiet. The service is spot on. Maybe you get what you give.

From what I know, you can send parcels up to five kilograms. My parcel was equal to five kilos and the idiot working there told me to go to the headquarters, because she was too heavy.

Absolutely clueless to what they are doing, they don’t know how to scan a QR code or how to get the code, they are not helpful. They are elderly and would recommend training with the technology side of things regarding the post office.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Both man and woman are rude, especially the woman. Incredibly bad attitude, she gets off on being passive aggressive and condescending toward everybody. Often mutters comments under her breath. She enjoys refusing assistance to those in need of it, seemingly those lacking a command of the English language without an inkling of sympathy. There’s a post office not too far away on Fullhurst Av which is far nicer. Lovely staff and great at their job.

Every experience at this post office has been extremely vexatious. Both attendeees, especially the female, are very disdainful and continuously make snide remarks believing she is being discrete. Service is humdrum and there is a lack of practicality when neglecting to send small parcels as a letter. It has become laborious hearing the repetitive spiel about who I bank with in order to boost commission sales.

Incredible that this family are allowed to keep a Post Office franchise. I have never been treated in such a rude manner. The males customer service skills are non existant and they are both the most unhelp, rude and agressive people I have had the misfortune to deal with. They make up their own rules on parcel collection and walk off and close the counter when faced with a customer who calls through to parcel force who also state they are wrong.

From my experience its like that they dont know how on earth to do their job. Unprofessional, bad attitude towards customers and inpolite. Especially avoid using moneygram here. Will not visit them again, I hope they know that they are not the only post office in Leicester.
