Iceland is mother's choice. Where you find all kids finger foods, pizza ,pack lunch food at a bargain prices and party foods. A place mother's like me will pray for to stay in business for our children sake. No matter how you struggle financially as a mother when you go into Iceland with less cash, you will definitely find food for the family. Thank you Iceland.

I'm always happy to go to Iceland, because although this shop is a small one, it has a very good selection, is well stocked, it has very good prices and it is clean, you can buy from eggs, to very tasty ready to eat meals. The only thing is, they don't have a sanitizer station area where to disinfect your hands or gel, which nowadays is very important. Now it's got self check service, which I love.

If you know what you want and what it costs elsewhere, you can save a lot of money on standard items such as sugar, Coke, tinned goods, etc. Personally I think that some of their frozen pizzas, at only £1.50 each, are fantastic! Also Magnum ice-creams, when they are half-price at £1.67 for four!

Not the biggest branch but big enough and a good selection of most things. Need more selection of small cold drinks and sugar free drinks.

Multiple staff members not wearing masks while stocking shelves and dealing with customers. Unacceptable. We are in tier 4. Why does this company let their employees put themselves and others at risk?

Cheap and cheerful. Have a good selection of products. Quality isn’t the best when it comes to ready meals but thats expected for what you pay! The desserts are delicious and the smoothies are top notch

This shop serves the people of Waterloo well. We are surrounded by Tesco & Sainsbury’s metro’s and expresses in their war to saturate and kill off our indépendant businesses with the same old uninspiring foods at unrealistic prices! Iceland at Lower Marsh, offers food at affordable prices and doesn’t pretend to be anything less. The staff at this branch are friendly and very helpful, can’t fault them. There is also a range albeit small, of veggie & vegan friendly frozen food again at reasonable cost. It would be great to expand this section further. Croissant’s, Danish & seeded flatbreads and even some nice cafe aged West Country cheeses are also available plus mozzarella for 50p makes a little go a long way........

Very happy to find a Iceland in London as the foods always more affordable than most places around that area.

First the good things. There is a good quality, varied range of products that are difficult to find in the rest of central London, available for a low price. Plus, the Slimming World range of ready meals make for a great healthy option when you can’t be bothered to make food for yourself. Then on to the bad part - the staff clearly lost their passion for their work a long time ago. They are rude, sarcastic, deadpan and distant. Any attempt to make polite conversation or to be friendly will be met with a blank stare, so I don’t even bother trying to speak to them any more. It’s more pleasant to stand in silence whilst packing your bag. They clearly don’t care.
