Comes in very handy at Euston Station and I've been going there for years. The only negative is that the "food on the go" section has gone downhill at all M&S branches. They used to have some decent wraps which have vanished and been replaced by the "plant kitchen" range, which doesn't appeal to me.

The staff in this store are just wonderful, always helpful and friendly. This store is great for lunch or ready meals but not for shopping. Very little ' cupboard food'.

I went him to look for some nice blouse and I wasn't disappointed. I found alot of nice blouses but unfortunately I couldn't buy anything because the prices were too high. But I am still not disappointed because if I have enough money then I will like to go back and buy the blouses I liked, That is if they are still there lol

M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in Leeds. M&S currently has 959 stores across the U.K. including 615 that only sell food products.
In 1998, the company became the first British retailer to make a pre-tax profit of over £1 billion,although subsequently it went into a sudden slump, which took the company and its stakeholders by surprise. In November 2009, it was announced that Marc Bolland, formerly of Morrisons,would take over as chief executive from executive chairman Stuart Rose in early 2010; Rose remained in the role of non-executive chairman until he was replaced by Robert Swannell in January 2011. In recent years, its clothing sales have fallen whilst food sales have increased after axing the St. Michael brand name for their own brand. The company also began to sell branded goods like Kellogg's Corn Flakes in November 2008.
On 22 May 2018, it was confirmed that over 100 stores will have closed by 2022 in a "radical" plan. Whether more stores will close is yet to be confirmed.

Attended the store on Thursday and really disappointed with the service I received. Normally I pay by card but this time I had cash so asked if I could pay by cash. All good and well until I had to pay. Put in a £20 for a purchase of £3.70 and when getting my change the machine only returned £1.30 before it malfunction and had an error message on the screen. Called over the till staff member on duty as the machine is tucked around a corner so they are unable to see you or the screen. When they came over I was trying to explain how I was still owed £15 change, he barely listen and pursued to do whatever he was doing. A receipt came out and he turned around and gave it to me and asked would that be all. I was so confused that I just said no, still need my £15 change back. He then looked at ne confused and called someone else over and I explained the whole thing again and said before anyone touched the screen it said cash £20, change £15 but that his colleague just carried on without reading it. After that there was so much back and forth about wanting to give me my change back that they even called a third member of staff. I asked surely the machine logs the cash that went in and the cash that has come out, can that not be checked. Eventually with much much hesitation they finally decided to give me my change back. Such a disappointing experience, nearly missed my train and left the store feeling like a thief! Doesn't even derseve one star. I typically use that store weekly on my way to meetings but next time I'll be going somewhere.

Disgusting behavior of the security guard!! Beware if you go to this place and don't buy anything. I went in to this store to browse their selection of ready meals for dinner decided not to buy anything. I was then shouted at by the in store security guard saying "IF YOUR NOT BUYING ANYTHING DON'T COME IN HERE AGAIN!!!" When I asked to speak to to the store manager he shouted at me again saying "NO! GET OUT YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO BORIS JOHNSON FOR ALL I CARE!" I have made an official complaint to the head office I hope this guy gets the sack!
