Been shopping here for a few years now and I can say the standards have dropped under the new management in the store, staff not wearing uniform, only a very few who are polite, the way she handles her staff is not very professional to say the least, used to be very welcoming and now I think I will shop at Morrison’s just a few stores down and I advise everyone else to do the same,

I was looking for some frozen burger buns today and there was not on display.
I asked a young man If there was any and he stopped what he was doing immediately even though he was very busy and went straight down stairs to get some. I gave him extra work also lol. But credit where credits due. Thanks mate, little things go a long way????

Brilliant staff.. good customer service.. but at this present time and with what is happening at the moment.. they should have a cleaning station with hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray to clean trolleys and baskets. Its the only supermarket in Woolworth road that does not have this option .. my personal opinion its not good.

Used to love going into Iceland for my vegan sausages but lately Iceland are neglecting vegans they can no longer be bothered to support the vegan diets, that's my reasons for giving just the one star!!! I have now started making my own!! Sausages. Oh fyi the staffs can be pretty rude!!!

A disgraceful and incompetent home delivery service! They are not concerned if you receive your shopping on time or not! Very blazae and care-free attitudes from staff! Been waiting for my shopping for 2 days now!! Delivery is ALWAYS late! There’s ALWAYS a problem with the driver or the van!
Home delivery is supposed to be a convenient and reliable service, Iceland is FAR from this! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP A HOME DELIVERY AT ICELAND!!

Thanks for the effort to provide more vegan products. The frozen range is really good. I missed toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo that are vegan, it would be nice if you could provide cruelty-free toiletries too.
