Great store! Much bigger inside than it looks from outside.
You can find virtually everything here, homeware, diy tools, bulbs, batteries, stationery, domestic stuff and much much more.
You name it they do it! If you have no time to wait until the thing you are looking for is delivered, go and grab it from here

The good
I purchased an item from them which was great.
The bad
I was amazed to see none of the staff wearing a mask, there was a perspex shield in front of the till but the members of staff just come round to your side, there were also staff walking round the store chatting to customers with no Mask, I cannot understand why Robert Dyas haven't made it compulsory for their staff to wear Masks , the customers do, so the staff are protected from the customers!
Not far from this store is St Thomas' Hospital, the staff have to wear Masks at all times for long shifts, risking their lives.
Why can't your staff?
I won't be shopping at Robert Dyas ever again!

jack is amazing, always polite and helpful to wheelchair customers, jack abide by all rules always wear his face mask, jack is a keen worker and has customer service excellence, jack has great expertise. jack is very good looking like a louis vuitton cat walk model. jack is always positive and always have something nice to say and jack is highly motivted at robert dyas artillery row london.

Appalling service. Received email saying order had arrived. Staff couldn't find it and said that an order must have been checked in incorrectly. I said that I wasn't pleased about the inconvenience and I was told that they would telephone to let me know it had arrived, as though that was going above and beyond (!) - they didn't even offer to post it out to save a second trip. There's plenty of other places that sell the things that they offer and usually for better value. I asked for a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere in future - I just don't have enough spare time to waste on shoddy service.
