Cool store, friendly staff. There's a possibility to pay with your phone + credit/debit card so you don't have to wait at the till and just show your receipt which is really nice!
On my first visit, the guy at the till didn't respond to my questions. I'm not sure why, there was no such problem with the girl who stood there on my second visit.

Very nice shop, it's a bit narrow, they don't have much selection, maybe because it's in the heart of oxford street, but is very clean, decent stock and some offers. I was looking for a particular kind of box, and the shop assistant, an oriental girl, help me and Ioved her! She was super nice, super attentive, super caring helped me and as they didn't have in stock, she was looking on their system to see which other shop have the box I was looking for, I was very please with the customer service she provided me.

Muji is one of my favourite brands in Japan. I would like to see them succeed in Europe as well. Muji style reminds me of Nordic design, which is a big plus.

I'm disgusted by the employees that I have encountered in this store. The customer service is appalling and extreme, specifically by the blonde woman. Shouting at customers and employees, getting really close up to my face DURING THIS PANDEMIC. Never going back again. You've not only lost a customer, but all my family and friends.

I bought an acrylic organizer here. When I got home, I saw that the organizer was damaged. I think this might have happened during the day while I was shopping for some other things, but I am always very careful with my bags and never let it out of my sight or put it on the ground. No one in the store told me that the acrylic organizers are SO fragile and that I should be careful while bringing them home. So please be warned!

I love this shop. Everyday use products that are little minimalistic works of art. All very well constructed of the highest quality. Beautiful writing pads, pens, calendars and all sorts of stationery, along with travel accessories on the ground floor. Clothes and items for the home on the basement. Functional and sturdy.

Never seen such a rude and casually packaging in any other MUJI store. Unceremoniously pack china bowl? Please it's just after noon, wake up a little bit. And why nearly all the stuffs shows a exhausted look. Did MUJI let you work too much?

A staff named Sara is not quite professional. On 17 Mar, she didnt offer help but thought I was a trouble maker by saying some unprofessional words to me like "not sure if you are the customer. If you are, you are making unprofessional image to our store". What I had done was seeking opinions from other staff and talked for a while. I thought no matter if I am a customer (or who knows what else I could be) I should not deserve this.

I honestly adore this store so much! They basically sell a little bit of everything that one would find useful. They have clothes, bed sheets, kitchen utility, storage cabinets, suitcases, stationary etc. The quality of the products are high. However, I do feel like the prices a little more expensive from others. Ive been to this store to buy some clothes and a suitcase for my travel before and the suitcase I have to say, the suitcase is really well designed and made. My favourite items from the store has got to be the gel pens they have. They write really well, the tips are very thin and they look beautiful on paper.
In conclusion this store is amazing and they have a little bit of everything which is handy and I'll most likely visit them again for some new pens!

One of my favourite shops ever for tiny and small stuff. There are so many organising things you get here. And all of them are such good quality. And most of them are reasonably priced.
The staff are helpful.
The shop is usually crowded.
