Great selection of stationery! The staff were mostly nice, however the manager was slightly grumpy. However, there are pens all different colours, whcih makes up for that!

I've been to this store a few times and I always get funny looks when I'm there. I'm a fan of the brand and I love many of their products but 'some' of the staff definitely need more training. Last time I was in there the woman serving me behind the counter was extremely intimidated for no apparent reason. I made sure I smiled and was very open and friendly as well as soft spoken but this did not help. Needless to say I felt alot of prejudice and very discriminated against. Didn't help me feel any better when I put my hand out to receive my change and this woman completely avoided it and instead put the receipt and change on the table for me to scoop up instead. Something she did not do with the customer she served right before me. I think some of the staff need to understand that any lack of interaction they've had with a certain type of demographic shouldn't generate any negative preconceived notions of how to approach that certain demographic when they come into store. I'm a 30 year old Black British man, honest, friendly and hard working. I always approach life very positively and I'm friendly to everyone. I didn't deserve to be made to feel this way. Extremely disappointed.

OMG love this place. Most probably because it's on the king's road but love muji!!! I wish they had a loyalty card.
So I went in to buy far too much stuff and the staff being do very helpful, bagged it all up, created little handles and helped me take it to my car. They then proceeded to help load everything into my car I was most impressed.

Used to work here during Christmas in 2015. I know about the "unhelpful girl at the till". I felt bad about her poor customer service, and I did my best to offer great service at the stationary area. The whole team was great and friendly except some guys.

I'm leaving this review as I've left one for the Kensington branch which I felt was far superior in terms of customer service and store vibe. This Kings Road branch is my local Muji and I've only visited twice as I prefer to go to other branches. On my last visit I asked one of the staff on the bottom floor about several products and she repeatedly just said she didn't know and left it at that, clearly not bothered to help. I wouldn't expect this from a Muji store.
