I love Zara quality
But upset about communication
I ordered the order 30/03/21 to the shop.
When I come I saw specific hours working time, which was not said an email of order .
I was walking from Southfield which is in 4 mails away , I been where at 10 am . Saw a note which attached. Staff were inside I Waved to staff, who showed me two fingers trough the window , hope it’s mean 11 , nothing else
And walk back home , I will come one more time ;(

Visited Zara for the first time ever yesterday was pleasantly surprised at the cost of items as I had always assumed they were an expensive over priced boutique type store. Lots of choice for anyone size 16 or under, any bigger than that and you wont find anything to fit.

Good selection of mens clothes at affordable prices. I went for the sale and ended up buying my main items from non sale racks and the prices were still good. Got some suese loafers that look far better quality than their price would indicate. I will be back for a second pair. One niggle--my suit had sealed pockets and when I went to unstitch them so I could use the pockets only to find there was no pocket lining!! That is annoying! Is it to save cost or to stop bulky items innpockets spoiling the shape of the suit? No back pockets on the trousers to keep cash in.
Overall its a good shop, only been in the men's dept but there was a big ladies dept too. Sale was good but some things are very well priced anyway. Definitely worth a look for smart casual and suits.

This is a shop within a shop, i.e it is at the back of the main Zara shop. Good selection of items and knowledgable staff. Some queuing for the tills particularly at busy times. Items laid out nice but staff not so happy if you try to check what they look like if not on display and packaged (e.g curtains or duvet covers). Perhaps more samples should be on display. Small children’s section upstairs.
