This is one of the larger Muji stores I've been to. It's very well spread out and the selection is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is now my go-to Muji store.

Beautifu, very clean and well organized shop, this Muji looks small but is deceiving, they have a very good selection, spite of the space and well organized. They have small offers very often, not that big, but every little helps. I'm obsessed with their humidifiers, stationary and organising boxes. Super clean and following the nowadays cleanliness regulations, nice staff, It's always a pleasure pop in the shop.

Self scan check out through an app to enable cleanliness. Good customer service, recommend doing check out near entrance as there's a table and better WiFi (free in-store). Nicely done experience!

Store manager was rude and never gave us a chance to explain our situation with the app. Kept interrupting every time we try to talk! Frustrating!

Great Muji store with more residential and home items than say the Oxford Street one - less clothing than some of the others around London. (Note: stairs to main area)

It might be better to check your recite, before you leave shops... it was just a small amount though.

The Japanese excel in simplicity. Just like Uniqlo this Japanese store knows how to make the basics in good quality at decent prices. Although they sell a variety of things for the home and travel. For me I love their stationery, storage and travel stuff. It's worth checking them out for Xmas stocking fillers too.

The no-brand brand. I love most things Muji, as quality is always top notch. A little pricey sometimes but there are sales every now and then. Even the food section is very good.

Flagship muji store and first one in UK. The style ethos here is anonymous design so everything is muted and simple. It's a bit expensive compared to the original prices in Japan, when sales start then items become more reasonable. Smaller items like stationery and office stuff are more reasonably priced. Everything is well made and there's no denying the consistent design, worth a visit. Plus this store stocks more home furnishings and large items than other branches.

Excellent customer service as always . I have purchased furniture last year with Kevin and he helped me last week again . Always very knowledgable and helpful . Staff in this store is just fantastic. Nothing is ever a problem for them . Good job muji for keeping and looking after your staff so I can be helped by experts.

NOT fully wheelchair accessible, as Google states. Downstairs (where clothing is) is fine, but the lift has been totally covered by sales racks, so any customers in chair cannot actually access majority of store

The Tottenham court road store is the biggest in London and the 'flagship' branch. They have a section displaying the furniture in situ so useful to see how it would look in your house/flat. The staff are always incredibly polite and the design of the store is immaculate.

Service is friendly can usually get a few bargains but the asking price of some items is just ridiculous. Stationery, clothing and a few homeware items are my usual purchases. The clothing is rather exceptional for the price, the cotton and linen items are wonderful to wear, so soft and comfortable.

Nor here nor there. Most of the times they have something you forgot you needed and you didn't know you wanted. But nothing too exciting. Probably the main reason for their existence

Love the staff here - funny and so helpful (above and beyond, really.) Great variety of stock (though, the men's fashion is always so much better than the women's.)

I love the Japanese aesthetic that is used to create all of the house wares they sell. Not cheap per se, but not too bad. Many affordable items all the same. They didn't actually have the bar spoon that I wanted while I was there in September. May be next time.

Big enough. Some stationaries are not sold, but if you‘re buying stuff for home, you mostly can get what you want.

With one whiff of the aromatherapy, this bi-level store will have you exploring all things Muji, from clothing to personal care to snacks and household organisation. I like the smaller size moisturizers for travel, especially the lighter toning water.

For a chain store Muji is always well stocked, organized, and boasts friendly staff. It's a pleasure to shop there and the majority of their items are good quality. I typically go there when I need socks or slippers as I like their organic cotton fabrics.

I love this store for its storage items. I've just picked up some of their tinned candles, they are very reasonably priced with a strong scent. I will definitely buying more.

If you are looking for something a little different then do visit this store. They sell T-shirts that are sold shrink wrapped into cubes. The stationary is unusual yet still practical. I love the little notebooks and they are not ridiculously expensive either.

A good range of products with a simplistic design of good quality. So far I have not had any problems with any of the items I have bought from Muji. The range of products they offer is quite big, from furniture to kitchen stuff and some clothes (mostly accessories). Every staff member I have been served by has been friendly and helpful.

They sell good quality stationary at an affordable price unlike many other shops in Westminster. EDIT: In the last 2 years there's been a consistent price rise of their stuff, making it less of a great deal as it once was. Their standard muji pens have almost doubled in price and student discounts are no longer accepted.

Upsetting that the only time they do student discounts is beginning of the term. Two of the staff members were absolutely horrible very unhelpful and rude. Overpriced everything except for their pens which is the only reason for the 2 stars as their gel pens are my essentials. Needs better staff
