My experience started with an email regarding an item. The reply I received was very helpful and professional.
I then had issues trying to make the purchase as my browser was being a pain. Spoke to a guy called Sammy, and I tell you this guy really knew his onions! Talked me through how to clear my cookies down to a tee....he was better than curry's tech team ???? Anyways, thanks Sammy I managed to make my purchase.
Overall, a pleasant and professional service...cheers guys!

Everytime i visit this place, it gives me not only money and also a smile on my face. The manager (Aaron)is so nice and of course the wonderful, considerate and very accommodating guy named Sammy, thanks a million mate.And one more thing Sammy,i like your hair dude :-),and i forgot to add the cool guy Lloyd,much appreciated guys :-)...Hi it is me again woody,i don't know why i can't write a new review,so i will just add this to my previous review,I'd like to thank again these amazing staff.Lloyd,Aaron,Sammy,Alicia,Sarah,and of course the hottie one Demi,i hope i got your name right.I just don't understand why am i seeing negative reviews from the others,I have never felt ignored or been told to sit on the corner and wait,you know what i meant guys whenever i visit their shop i get a full smile and greetings with endearment,Sometimes we people always ask question eventhough we can see with our own eyes that they are doing or looking after a customer at the moment,But im sure they are doing their best to serve us with a smile even in these crazy times.Not only my thumbs up for you guys even my toes.Always satisfied and happy whenever i go out of your door...Demi where have you been all my life:-) Lloyd don't get jealous i have fallen for you also :-)...stay safe and keep it up guys,thanks a million

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the light skin girl. She’s very rude. The rest of the team are good but that girl needs to go. Word of advice to the manager: one bad egg spoils a team get rid of her to have the perfect team. Aaron is probably the most kindest man I’ve ever met. Always willing to help and the manager and the European girl and the other lady on sales and the other black girl and the Chinese guy top guys but that like skin one very rude and obnoxious. I’m waiting for her to go to give my five stars

Slowest employed individuals...walk around doing nothing. One with pink hair sorting out her personal issues during work hours. Cigarette break more important than helping another colleague reduce the queue and waiting times. Ridiculous...manager walks around obvious to people waiting to be served. Team work wins all the time and in this store they serve junkies quicker than working class people..JOKE

Brought an iPad from there which claimed to be 'mint condition, still wrapped in original plastic' however once item was checked the screen contains multiple scratches some quite deep, the rest hairline scratches all over the display as well as 2 bumps on the rear casing. Item did not come in original plastic neither did the charger or cable. Would not recommend this store, very unhappy with purchase.

After purchasing the wrong item(my mistake)they went out of there way to help me..with there help and advice i knew exactly what i needed and they happily swapped them over..the lady at the front of the shop was so nice and couldnt help me enough..excellent customer service

I bought a TV off of you without a TV controller tried to give you back the stuff and you don't want to take it because there's no controller but you've sold it without a controller so you should be able to take it back without a controller it is very very dodgy and u sell to me without controller I'm now going to seek legal advice
