Customer service zero,they are nice only when you buy but if you have to return a non working item they find excuses: to have a refound once i had to go back to the shop 3times because the manager was the only one that could do it apparently.
Definitely not a place where to buy bikes as they are keeping them in very bad conditions and way too expensive, the branch in Finchley it's a much better place.

absolutely horrible experience !This store use very poor and cheap service which means normally horror.
I bought item 6.12.2019 Today is 17.12.2019 and still don't have yet my item.This store should be closed immediately or personnel should be changed !!nightmare,never,ebver again

They will always do their best to get you the cash you need once they get to know you. Also they are flexible with the repayment date if you're late a few days. Further, they have in the past advised me that I would get much more if I went to ??? Or sold items online. Not all cash converters are the same but this branch is in my view a very good one.

Well was 1 day late picking up stuff on loan and they had repriced my items and I was told I had to buy back at new price. Sometimes they let you pick up a day late and sometimes they don't do be careful. Had a massive row with manager and he let me buy back at original price. Wouldn't really recommend though to be honest.

There is a old English white man on the buying side who is 100% racist and was very rude to me. He offered me 3 pounds for I phone 6 , I said are you joking, he replied we have got a few and they are not selling so that is the price he will offer me. I wanted to speak to a manager but he went and said something to some of the staff and they all said maximum 5 pound I can get and manager is off. My phone is in mint condition, they must think I was mad or insane that I would give it for 5 pounds. This place is a total joke and bunch of loosers who never made it in life.

A bunch of thieves and scam artist. They lie and cheat customers to make money also the old white guy is a racist. I took my playstation 4 and offerd me only £20 pounds because they said it's hard to sell, my apple mac laptop also £20 pounds because nobody wants apple macs, I could not believe what they guy was offering me. I had a braun 9500 toothbrush which is on eBay the lowest for about £150 minimum and got offerd £10, are they stupid or what... I did not sell any of my items and I had a few more electronics of the latest models and games , they lost out, lucky I was not as desperate as some of the other customers.
Why do they offer such stupid amounts as if we don't know what our stuff is worth. New games for x box and Nintendo wee and play they said £4 , I walked out. I got £160 from another cash convertors for my playstatongue, £340 for my laptop and much more for the other stuff. Camden needs re training or close. Carma will get them the tramps on minimum wage.

Friday 20th july i went to cashconverters kentish town to put a deposit down on what was advertised as an iphone8 plus in black to later discover that in fact said phone does not come in black!?!? This is not the first time i have been sold a phone(chapel market) that states it is a higher spec than it is! DELBOY style Conmen protected as they work in a chain of shops!! Would anyone that works in store like to Advise?

Both my daughter and I used this branch as it was fair & gave acceptable prices for 2nd hand goods, unlike other branches where it was assumed desperation would leed to ' rip off ' money being paid. I was very disapointed when I was told twice , in the shop that an i-pod was worth £40 and I'd get that. I phoned to check the shop was open and the man offered me £20..... and £35 for a 3CD player which sold at £1999 , with superb speakers. This is pure greed and if I owned the franchise.. Ewan would be considered very bad for business.
