Very honest guys. I was recently a victim of fraud with the stolen items being delivered to the shop. Mr Abraham went to great lengths to get it back to me including visiting police stations and calls to get me my property back. There are some good guys left in the world and Mr & Mrs Abraham are some of that few. Good guys 1-0 scammers.

i bought a couple small items at the other store in dalston, whilst i was there i was told about the other store and i decided to go and check it out, at roman road the staff are very friendly and helpful, they also had a GREAT, and i mean great selection of items on display, the shop is big and holds so many items its great. i ended up leaving with a few playstation games that were cheaper than any other shop i've been into! definitely take a look into the stores if you’re nearby

I went in to sell my laptop, and they gave me a very fair price. On top of that, the service in general was great - really friendly and kind staff. Rude "customer service" ever!!!!
Adam acts in a discriminating manner to disabled clients , and make verbally in appropriate comments about clients disabilities. He has no manners or empathy for others in anyway shape or form.
He pretends to be the manager/ owner and then when is rumble is abusive.
Avoid at all costs.

Again unprofessional and no eveidence based lies. I never call yesterday 40 times( I was work most of the ray) . Irrespective of the store my review is of this company and my opinions of discriminatory comment stands. and as i advised your poorly trained or skilled store manager who false claimed to be the business owner.
His discriminatory comments I was recording and I have. I have recorded audio eveidenc of these comments. I attempted to obtain complaints and manager details to highlight my dissatisfaction. However I was laugh at hung up on and ridiculed.
I am willing to discuss with a person senior to you rude employee adam however when ever I attempt to. I am met with the same below standard employee Adam. As I have left my contact with this staff member. Please feel free to contact me. I will very happily leave this same review in the Roman road site and any other site nessesary. (Including other review sites)

New Branch on ROMAN road.. Bright and Eye Catching.. custom service is great.. So much variety on products and best prices... I had good experience at this store...
