I've been dealing with this store for awhile now, and for the most part they are a top bunch. Been really helpful. And for those moaning about the prices offered etc....then don't sell/buy with them! Nobody is forcing you too. The whole point of CC is for those who need cash quick without the hassle of a private sale, or need a loan that they can't get elsewhere. That's the deal with these guys. Don't like it? Don't use them then....simple.

These people must think you are some desperate drug addict whos willing to sell items dead cheap to them for their next fix. Phone wanted to sell which was brand new on upgrade wanted to sell and add bit more on top so I can buy another phone I really wanted. Brand new phone they was offering me 23% value of phone for sale!! Neithless to say I did not sell my phone. The same phone used they are selling on their stores full retail price locked to network and used!! Avoid them...you'll have luck in independent shops or gumtree or schpock.

These guys broke my brand new P30 Pro and were rude to me then say they are not responsible. I have waited for over 2 weeks and had no response from Head Office who just say its not their issue (Tracey-customer service) . The CCTV that was produced in store shows a shine on the edge of my P30 pro phone and the damage is in the opposite directiion of the SHINE. Tracey at head office doesn't understamd data protection leguslation and the fact private individuals/general public do not fall under the data ptotection legislation and I can record my calls if I like as evidence but she is rude and just hangs up the phone. I will be launching a YouTube channel for Cash Converter customers to review this case and the evidence I have gathered. I will also be applying to the small claims court for compensation for the damage and compensation for the time Ive had to spend dealing with staff that won't accept evodence or even call me back.

Terrible service and very stingy shop I tried to sell my new heaters and they offered a pound 50p for each and on the display you see them selling it for over £10 and apparently they don't buy sky boxes
Cause they said it still belongs to sky, what an absolute waste of time going to that place, a bunch of con working there and ripping people off, if I could give 0 stars i would, so if you're a person reading this then don't go there, you'll be better off selling your items on gumtree or ebay

Definitely made selling one of the worst visits to a Cash Converters I've ever had. Customer service was awful and swearing , sighing and audibly telling me how much work id given him to do. If I knew his name. I'd want him fired. Don't buy or sell here - EVER ????

Had an old laptop laying around and noone wanted to buy it on gumtree or eBay ,. They took it and paid exactly what I wanted for it.
A bit smelly and messy shop but hey, it's easiest way to get rid of your junk and get money for it !
