1) They don't answer emails .
2) They don't add the condition of a high value item.
For example , they had a macbook pro which had 450 views on the webshop so it obviously has been there a few weeks. They won't add a description of the condition or things like the battery cycle count because they want to sell it at such a high price yet probably paid next to nothing for it .
It takes 60 secs to write a description on a item and I believe it's a legal requirement with distance selling .( You must describe your product accurately) They had time to re-adjust the price from 699 to 649 so why not have time to add a description of the condition. It's been there over three weeks so they can't say we haven't got round to it .
There thought process is don't say anything negative about the item and see if it sells. I bet if this item was in mint condition, they would soon say how great the condition is.
Con artist stay away .

Went for the first time yesterday and had a lot of items that had built up. Was served by Matt and he had great patience and got me some good deals but also had great customer service. Definitely will be going back.

Good things to explore but only problem is when selling to cash converter you're product price is lower than expected and other stores would buy it with more money which I feel to be ripped off to selling to cash converters.But other than this buying items is easily done and I think fairly done.

Avoid at all costs. The worst experience ever. Non existent customer service and making up their own rules what documents required to sell an item. For example ONLY in Leyton they don't accept driving licence as proof of address.

I bought a iPhone se 2020 from this store through website. but online they have terrible service. when I try to buy they said they would be delivered it in 2 days but they send it in 4days and its 2nd class royal mail delivery. and they didn't bother about sending me email or msg for delay. i called everyday for my phone and tracking no but they were not any helpful on phone. Be careful buy online on this store or on their website even. !!!!
