Before seeing that they were a dealer for Xbox All Access Passes, I had never even heard of 4Gadgets. Considering they had stock for the all-elusive Series X, I approached them with a bit of suspicion. Doing some research online, I could see that they were legit and placed an order.
I was told it would take 3 working days, but it was here 9am the next morning. All of the packaging was in perfect condition, the item was fully functional, and the All Access pass worked completely fine.
The only negative thing of note is that there was no way to manage my order online after making it. Fortunately, this wasn't an issue for me, but it does make your heart sink a little when you've placed a large order and you've got no way of checking the status of it. Delivery was via DHL and I received a tracking number of the day of delivery, but nothing on placing the order.
All in all, 4Gadgets are a very pleasant surprise!

I was searching around the internet for second hand phones, as I didn't particularly want to pay £1k for a new one. 4gadgets were the cheapest by quite a bit; even compared to people selling on eBay.
I purchased a Google Pixel 2 XL that was rated as 'good' condition. I was gobsmacked when the phone arrived; it was in immaculate condition.
A week later, I'm chuffed. The phone looks & works perfectly. I would 100% recommend this company.

Bought an iphone 7 from 4gadgets back in April. Delivered exactly as described in perfect condition. However, it recently developed a fault which 4gadgets couldn't fix in house so they sent me a replacement in rapid time.
Customer service is above and beyond.

Trust me, don't buy from here! My phone has broken twice (the first time they claimed it was because they sent a knockoff charger), the second time they are now refusing to help. Repairs take over a week and there's no offer of compensation or a replacement, despite me explaining that I rely on the phone for medical emergencies (NHS carer). Totally unreliable and the customer service is poor, don't waste your money.

I have just bought my third phone from 4Gadgets. The price is always very good. The website is easy to use. Their communication is excellent. The delivery is fast. The phones are well packaged and exactly as described. I have no idea why anyone would buy a new phone....unless they have money to burn! Many thanks for an excellent service.
UPDATE: The most recent phone I bought from them developed a fault after 8 months. They gave me a replacement phone under their 1 year warrantee with no quibbles. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely appalling service: I did not receive the product ordered and I was made to wait for days unnecessarily before a a refund was issued. Unacceptable ethics to hold onto customer funds when the customer has not received the order.
I asked several times to correspond or speak with someone senior, but no one ever replied. Terrible customer service.

When they advertise a handset as 'Pristine' that's exactly what I received. Not a mark on it.
Handset came in their our box/packaging and very well protected.
Delivery was on the day I had asked for and all email communications was dealt with in a timely manner.

My order and delivery were quick, my phone was as described, very slick service. However I could not get on with certain aspects of the phone and had to return it, this was processed just as quickly. Great place to purchase mobile phones in particular. Bought mine a year ago non and its still in great fully working condition. I bought mine as good condition but it was perfect with no noticeable scratches. Fully functioning and over all great product. Customer service is also very good with very fast replies and sufficient and valuable information given. I ordered 3 times from 4gadgets, all returned. First phone has a non genuine screen (buyers beware as aftermarket screens are very common with refurbished phones, and it is very difficult to detect that unless you compare it to an original). I sent it back and the team acknowledged the fault, apologised and immediately refunded me.
The second phone (iPhone 8) had battery issues and it was very noticeable how its battery drains so fast (lasts half day) with minimum use and moderate brightness. I returned it and changed model for longer battery life.
Third phone (iPhone X) was good overall with occasional face ID failures (which could be a nightmare sometimes). Few days I also noticed that 3D touch was not working. I called they gave me some tips on phone, I also watched some YouTube videos to fix it but couldn't figure out the issue in the phone. I started feeling suspicious about the screen because of my previous experience and decided to return it.
That being said, I would describe my overall experience with 4gadgets as good for the following reasons: clean business (you'll be either satisfied or immediately refunded), good communication, fast delivery and good secure packaging (although another company provides the original box & accessories with parallel prices). I hope this helps.
update: I forgot to mention that they include a return bag with a prepaid label in the packaging which is very convenient

I purchased a phone & just under the year had past it developed a fault. While My experience of purchase for the first time was good it was incredibly easy to return faulty phone in prepaid returns bag provided. I was kept informed as to it's fault and what was being done regarding any repair. I was actually sent a replacement handset to my delight. I received it in no time at all. This level of service is really never seen but I was extremely delighted by my whole experience. It gives me the belief that this is a company you can trust. The service is second to none as it goes beyond a lot of the big retailers out there, and this is in relation to their Prices, Free delivery, and even free returns. For a lower budget the refurbished phones that fit in with the latest models are available at an affordable price, and they all come with a 12 month Warranty too! A service and company I would use again and again, and with Christmas coming up I'll be grabbing some bargain presents from 4Gadgets for sure!
