Will not be using this place again.
Twice I've used this store and both times the main item I went for wasn't in stock despite being informed on the website it was, then telephoned by a staff member to confirm, then queuing for ages (whilst the vast majority of the employees are setting around in the office) to pay and only then after another wait to be told they don't have it! What kind of stock control is that?
The second time the staff member even said the alternative (inferior) item was cheaper but they weren't going to bother refunding the difference.
In future I'll just use eBay or another motor factors.

Waste of time I called in advance asking for a Valeo Clutch kit then charged me for Valeo Clutch kit then they supplied AP Clutch kit, when I asked why am I getting AP instead of Valeo the reply was they are the same so I rejected the kit and went online and ordered a Valeo clutch Kit and paid the Price for it again guess what they still supplied the AP when I asked again why this when I said no yesterday oh Valeo has moved on to AP. Do u think ur customers are stupid????
