Ordered a battery online for click and collect as needed urgently. Waited in the queue in the pouring rain for an hour only to be told that the item is not in stock and that the best that they could do is deliver the item the following week or that I could opt for a lower spec battery for the same price? Absolutely appalling customer service. 10-15 customers waiting in line outside whilst only a single staff member was processing the orders at the till...

I have ordered 1 single tube of tiger seal on the 7th this month and paid for same day delivery £6 extra I’m not fussed over £6 but the Principle is that I still haven’t got my part also emailed and called six times and still no reply or contact

Cheap parts online as usual with the discount codes but collection was slow and had to que outside for over 20 mins, only 2 in the store at anytime with all the shelves still taped off. Will stick to using the Loughborough branch.

Great parts store as long as you make sure opening times are as advertised as on there website.. Travelled across town just to find they where closed before 5.34 when we arrived.. Great for customers if your into wasting time money fuel and the rest of your evening. So what are there open Times???? ANYBODY KNOW?? COS OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T... UNHAPPY ALMOST CUSTOMER

Only one person at the counter when the place was full. No effort made by the staff to do any thing towards service improvement. I was collecting pre-ordered goods & eventually they were placed on the counter but nobody was informed so that added to the waiting time. I thought the staff were ignorant & completely unconcerned about the customers , who were by this time getting a little agitated . In actual fact I think I gave one star too many!!

OH DEAR!! such poor customer service. Several people in the back several outside, yet here I am over 30 mins in and no one at the till and queue build up. Car park blocked. Is this the new type of customer service? Go elsewhere if you value your time because they don't value yours

Absolutely great customer service. They had finished for the day (it was after 6). They couldn't have been more helpful. It was my first time there and three of them couldn't do enough to help me. Not only that, I came away with everything I needed. Will definitely return. Thank you Esme especially.

The waiting times are always very long when I have been. It doesn't look good to customers when you're waiting in line and behind the office door you can hear lots of people laughing and joking when one guy is on his own doing his best to serve everyone as efficiently as possible. Happened on a number of occasions.

Very useful in an emergency situation if you can do it yourself. Just order the parts online and drive to the store to get them. But... be aware, if your car is already in a garage, the garage’s parts price is cheaper than Euro Car Parts!

Very good and quick service. They open at 8 am so good if you need to pick something before work. Ordered the parts a day before and they were ready for collection first thing in the morning. Very please with the service. Staff was very friendly, the guy helped me to take the parts to my car as he saw me struggling with them.
