A central location means it's fairly accessible from every direction. Click and collect next day is available on pretty much everything as long as you order early enough the day before, and quite a lot of standard parts are available same day. It has lots of promotions on each week, so if you're not in a rush give it a few days and the part you're after will probably be discounted at some point.

Popped in for a couple of small items which appeared to be in stock when I checked online the previous evening. Had to queue for ages as only one person serving at the counter with a couple of customers ahead of me. A long queue formed behind me while I was waiting and I heard a member of staff in the back shout out about a 'backlog' a couple of times. Another staff member was heard to say 'don't care I'm on my lunch!'. When I did get served neither of the items I wanted were in stock - earliest they'd have them was the following day. Shocking customer service - doubt I'll be going back any time soon!

Visited it a while ago to buy the braking pad . It is usually busy during peak hours , they usually have good offer which can be bought off the shelf, have few customer parking spaces too.

Pretty good place to get your parts from. Prices are usually good although it’s best to do your research online, select the parts then order online and pop in to collect them. If you ask their advice they usually get it wrong. Car parking is a nightmare, Also queues at the counter can be very long with only one person serving

Do not ever purchase from these .. made an order on 14/4/20... Not received anything... Told me they would refund once a manager approves it which has never happened... Now they have staff at home taking customer service calls smoking and watching movies... So unprofessional!!!!

I've had many many things from here from the Euro Car Parts in Leicester I find it always very reasonable and very helpful to speak to a member of staff to make sure you're getting the right product for your car I believe there's an app you can get for the iPhone and Android if not there is always a website very well recommended but as far as I'm aware as the name suggests is only available for cars made in Europe so parts for Cadillac Toyota Suzuki ect might not be available in this business

A company i have used for different cars. They seem to have most parts in stocks and I'd not they can order the in for you. They can be very busy at times so do expect a queues. There car park is a bit tight. They are reasonable priced considering where the based with main manufacturers around them.

I normally click & collect, the quality of the parts are ok, but the collection procedures are horrible.
It's like they are punishing you for ordering online and getting an online discount.
I am sure if they processed click and collect customers separately to the walk in customers, then efficiency would improve and so would Thier revenues
I'm shopping more and more at Parker's just because every visit here, is getting more frustrating and upsetting

What a load of mess abouts now when this place opened it was a great place to come the staff would be helpful and the parts would be what I needed. I order parts maybe 3 or 4 times a month now the staff don't give a stuff this kid gave me 3different spark plugs when I questioned it he said "spark plugs are all the same it don't matter what car their for" the parts don't always fit I had to return to the store 3times the other week and today was the last straw I drove across Leicester in rush hour traffic to get some parts my shop closed at 6pm I pulled up at 5:55 and they had already locked the door I called them up and the lady's response was "sorry we are closed come back tomorrow" I think tomorrow I'll go back to parkers and eurocarparts can go back to Europe

Even though they had the parts in stock and at a very good price the collection was an absolute nightmare.
The parts were ordered online which was easy to do and an order reference given then the fun started.
It is impossible to park near to the branch Freemans common due to the sheer number of Europarts company vans parked outside (Maybe a designated area for your company vans might be a good idea.)
Then had to join a ever growing long queue as there was only one member of staff on the counter even though several members of staff walked by only to be highly amused by her dilemma.
My honest opinion of Europarts is that either have a "click and collect" section on your counter or get some of the staff that are roaming around to help serve your customers.

Not enough parking spaces, only one person works behind counter, so if you coming for quick pick up during your lunch at work, ain't happening, be prepared to wait a while, sat in line for atleast 20 minutes, didn't mind just heads up
