Bought our trailer from here about 12 years ago, great service then and now as recently went back for advice.
Spoke to Craig who was very helpful/informative and provided various options for both repair verses new (no pressure). Went for repair to floor/base plus a few other bits to our trailer, which was done promptly. Totally recommended and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a fantastic experience with Bermick today. Went to them with a troublesome tow bar with full expectation of having to buy a new system. However they assessed my tow bar and were able to fix and resolve the problem on the spot , saving me money and essentially costing themselves a larger job. Excellent customer service and they will definitely be my go to in the future. Brilliant friendly good old fashioned service. thank you Bermick.

Great advice from Craig! Need a tow bar fitted to my car. Took time to explain why I needed a detachable tow bar and how they worked. Craig then enquired as to what I would be towing as well to make sure it was the correct tow bar. He did a great deal then on the tow bar and bike carrier as well as a number plate. Great service on the fitting day and even said he would stay open after 5 if I was running late. Then he took time to explain how the bike carrier worked and how to take the tow bar on and off.

I needed a new cover for an old Franc trailer, not sure of model so phoned first to check dimensions. Had seen other sites with cheaper prices but in this life you only get what you pay for, cover arrived from Bermick fitted properly and is good quality. Will use them again when I need more parts.

Great service, great price. Our whole family likes the outdoors and to prepare for caravanning and boating trips this summer we needed a fault to be resolved and our existing tow bar and electrics to be updated. Awful place. Worst service ever. Absolutely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Recently bought a towbar from them. When we had a problem they made every excuse in the book just to fob us off. The manager was most unhelpful and personally I think he should grow a pair. The front of store women is rude and curt. I would change her job description to security. That job would suit her personality better. This place only got 1 star rating as you cannot give a zero. I think zero would of been far too much anyway.

Excellent, polite service (even given a cuppa!) and a good team of staff to sort out some electrical problems I was experiencing with my tow bar wiring connections and had it all sorted within half an hour and very reasonable charges.
As an ex-Police Officer I was aware Bermick fitted (and still do) lighting, side steps, and other vehicle components to Police Vehicles and would have no hesitation in recommending them in fitting any suitable components to more "domestic" vehicles! In the past, my life has depended on it working 100% of the time!
